From the very first email she was detailed and thorough which was extremely reassuring, as you never know who you are talking to when finding services online. That quality of service never waivered at all during the entire process. I told Amal the dates, the cities, and some tours that I wanted to go on. I also asked her for her recommendations if there is anything else that I should see and do, since she is an Australian & Kiwi specialist. We went back and forth over the next few weeks, and she had sent me a pretty detailed itinerary that included everything that I had requested. I couldn't believe it! She uses this amazing app that is PERFECT for any trip. It had everything thing that I needed, and it even worked when I was not connected to the internet or wireless, which was super important as it had EVERYTHING that I needed in that app (such as addresses, phone numbers, confirmation numbers, etc). I traveled for a month across 4 different cities in NZ and AU; that's a lot of coordinating between flights, hotels, transportation, AND tours. This whole trip went off without a hitch. She worked in the background, confirming all of my tours 24 hours ahead of time and constantly updating the app so I could see that this was done. It was great. On some of my tours, I had heard others complain about their travel agents messing up (two different tours one same day overlapped, hard to get a hold of, etc). With Amal's planning, everything was perfect. I did not have any tours overlap, I was in the correct place for pick up/drop off, literally everything that I needed to do was perfectly planned for me. There were absolutely no suprises. I only needed to contact Amal once when I was there, and she responded to me within hours (because of the time difference). Even now a month after I've been back, I had to contact her about an issue that needed to be resolved, and she responded me immediately, even though she is on a vacation of her own! That's the kind of service that, frankly, is rare today and is so, so appreciated. This was such an amazing trip, and it was all because of Amal. As most people do, we wanted to relax in beautiful weather on beautiful beaches. We wanted a beautiful 5 star resort. We wanted to go shopping and go on adventures. We wanted great service and amazing food. The only problem is that we are both elementary school teachers and these kind of vacations can be really costly and over budget. After endless searching on the internet for plane tickets and hotels, I came to a dead end. My fiance found Travspire on the internet so I decided to give them a shot. What happened next was the most memorable and amazing travel experience that I have ever been apart of: When I called Travspire I was greeted by the most Angelic and sincere voice on the other end of the line. The travel agent's name is Amal Mulhem. I told her exactly what I wanted. I told her we wanted to go on adventures but it was also important to us that we can relax and unwind at a beautiful setting overlooking the ocean. Two weeks later we were traveling 1st class to Cabo San Lucas. Amal booked us at the most beautiful 5 star resort with the best service and best food that I have ever eaten. She set us up with activities for 5 out of the 7 nights we were there. We went snorkeling, chartered a boat, ATV riding, Camel rides on the beach, and Zip lining on the beautiful mountains in the Mexico desert. On the other 2 days we went shopping in safe towns and experienced authentic Mexican cuIture. It was truly the best vacation I have ever been on. She went above and beyond in detail to ensure that we had a great experience. The best part of all this is that she was always available by email and phone if we had any questions or needed help during our vacation. The trip was very affordable and within our budget. My experience with Good-buy, Bonnie & staff was COMPLETELY different than the unhappy reviewer. So…read morethough she is entitled to her opinion, I feel compelled to say something. Good-Buy arranged a very complex 9 city visit to Italy for us. We went top to bottom via plane, train, & chauffeured Mercedes SUVs for 30 days. We chose for this be a self-guided trip and one of us was disabled and in his late 80's. All airport, train and escorted transfer assistance, check-in & baggage was flawlessly pre-arranged by Good-buy--including water taxis in Venice. I was very specific about the experience we wanted and despite the complexity of such a trip, and our requests, the price arranged per person was TRULY INCREDIBLE given the service and amenities provided. These included breakfast and dinner each day in the most convenient, picturesque, and/or luxurious accommodations I have ever stayed at. We wanted an authentic experience rather than a 5 a.m. ride to get on a crowded tour bus & eat boxed lunches on the way. Therefore, we requested boutique hotels rather than worldwide chains & the rooms at each location were usually much larger than the teeny European norm, impeccably clean, very professionally staffed and when desired, close to attractions we wished to see. The food was always top notch & we dream about it even today. I had never been to Europe before & made many demands of my agent-- not realizing what I difficult client I must have been due to my inexperience. I was always treated with respect by the staff at Good-Buy & have returned many times to thank them for their patience & incredible efforts to arrange the trip of a lifetime on a modest budget. If I every travel again, I will set the destination & leave it in the hands of these professionals to handle all the details. I honestly can find no fault whatsoever with our trip, and HEARTILY recommend Good-Buy Travel in Orland Park. This is an honest & unsolicited review.
