Without details they cancelled one leg of four of the airfare and my deposit. I immediately called Carol's Travel, who informed me that is the worse thing to do. I called the credit card company and reversed it. We got it all straightened out and am waiting for the trip to be rescheduled. If you deal with a reputable company you have nothing to worry about!

New Lenox Travel did nothing to rectify the situation. Our travel agent, Linda Hosman act as if she was on top of everything to later find out she has to go Funjet. She made us think that she was receiving the email that requested that we be refunded for the full night. Linda stated I will let you know when I get the email.
