I went to Travel Travel yesterday to book a European cruise for 10 people. Wow, did they ever lose a hell of a commission. I walked in and the travel agent did not even make eye contact, instead, the customer that she was with smiled at me as I went by. After sitting for 15 minutes and reading through an entire magazine, still no one came out to at least say, "I'll be with you in a minute." I walked out without a backwards glance. I have been a loyal customer to Travel - Travel for the last 9 years. In February/16, I contacted the Services of the owner, Angela Bastian and asked her to help me plan a trip to Nigeria, Africa. She appeared to be willing and knowledgeable about this trip. I gave her all the documentation that she had asked in order to send me in a safe manner. Busy people usually, hire a travel agency due to time, and trust their experience and professionalism. The day came and she called me to let me know that all documents ready for me to pick up. My Visa to Nigeria, tickets, reservations and insurance. I came to the agency and got my envelope, paid in full all the cost of my trip. On March 18th, I head to San Francisco Airport to start my exciting journey. My flight was from SFO to Atlanta, GA and Atlanta to Nigeria. While I was about boarding the plane to Nigeria, an Immigration agent called me and put me on the side. He told me that my visa was completely wrong. I did not have the right visa to Nigeria and for this reason; I could not leave the United States. I was very frustrated, scared and did not know what to do. I called Angela, owner of Travel-Travel and she did not do much, just say sorry, when she knew that I was traveling by myself, it was midnight and Angela did not helped at all. Since this happened on a Friday night, I had to stay in Atlanta for the weekend in order to go to the Nigerian Consulate in that city. I called her, she asked me to save all receipts related to this issue, and that the Agency was going to pay for those expenses. I was emotionally distress, frustrated, and lost a reservation for the first night that I had paid at the 4Points in Lagos, Nigeria. On Monday, I went to the Nigerian Consulate, and process a same day speed Visa, I could rebook my flight for that night and after that horrible experience, I start enjoying my leisure time. When I came back, early April I submit my receipts for the time I was stuck in Atlanta, due to Angela Bastian terrible mistake and inexperience. She kept pushing and postponing my reimbursement with a number of excuses. The total amount of my reimbursement, including the right visa, was $790.00 USA. On September 8th, I went to pick up my check and she only had a check for $400.00 USA, with a "Love Letter", that is how she called it... A letter saying that the money came out of her pocket and could not cover more.... Sorry. She never gave me back my receipts that supported my reimbursement and when I went to the travel agency once more, to have a friendly agreement, she told me that she did not have time for me, she was busy preparing a Cruise event. PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT HIRE THE SERVICES OF THIS AGENCY. THEY DO NOT HONOR LOYALTY, RESPECT AND do not know the word RISPONSIBILITY. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible! Angela runs this place and will lie through her teeth to make some money. She told us that if we booked with her that we would get a free excursion on a cruise. Once we booked she said it wasnt offered for our cruise. I felt like she should have got us the excursion on her since she messed up but Nope! She instead gave us a $50 on board credit. The cheapest excursions were around 65-70 per person! We had 4 people going. I kept complaining to her and she then said she would get us tour or something on the island we stayed on before our cruise left. She didnt do that either! I kept calling and she wouldnt return my calls. So I had to keep going there. Finally the day she was leaving for her vacation I went there once again because she didnt call me as she said she would. She got up and handed me an emvelope addressed to me. I opened it and it was a measley $50. What happened to the tour on the island? She was gonna skip town and send me a measley $50. Then she had the nerve to tell me she didnt make much of our trip and that was all we were going to get! I had previously told her that I wanted my kids to get leis at the airport as well since it was their first time to hawaii. Do you think she did that? No way. Horrible business and person. Book yourself or with a different travel agent and save yourself the lies and hassle. read more
