I've been to this CVS Pharmacy location a couple of times in the past. I used to get my flu shots…read moreand COVID-19 booster shots here. Back then, they weren't as organized or were just overwhelmed by the sheer amount of people there for their immunizations. I had an appointment, but still had to wait in line (as if I didn't have one). Other than immunizations, I was in need of getting my daughter's antibiotics as soon as possible. Our regular pharmacy still didn't have her medication ready, even a day or two later. I was told that the medication was allegedly going to come in the following day, but I didn't want to wait any longer. I called this CVS Pharmacy location and thankfully they had her medication in stock. The person I spoke with over the phone, however, was a bit rude towards the end of our call. Thankfully, however, my husband was able to pick up her medication that same day. I'm thankful that they had the medication in stock, so she could start her treatment, but I wasn't really happy with the customer service I received each time I've come here or spoke with someone over the phone. For that reason, I give them 3 out of 5 stars.

I feel as though the pharmacist here actually cares for my family's well being. They provide a full service of vaccinations and medication pick up and are all so kind when I have questions or concerns regarding medications. They even provide a service known as bubble packing which makes it a 100 times easier to manage my elderly grandmother's medications by prepackaging daily medications by the time of the day for her. By the time you wait for curbside, you could have gone in and been back to your car. There were three employees assigned to curbside, yet orders were only being brought out one car at a time. Even for a single bag, two employees pushed out a cart. One employee spent time fixing his hair and pulling up his pants while a long line of cars continued to wait. Once I went inside, the experience wasn't any better. There were plenty of employees, but no one seemed interested in helping customers. The staff I encountered were unfriendly and not helpful. A 40-minute wait for curbside pickup is completely unacceptable. The service was slow, disorganized, and incredibly frustrating. I won't be using curbside pickup at this location again.
