I am absolutely livid. I would not recommend using curbside pickup at this location. I waited 40 minutes before finally giving up and going inside to get my order myself. By the time you wait for curbside, you could have gone in and been back to your car. There were three employees assigned to curbside, yet orders were only being brought out one car at a time. Even for a single bag, two employees pushed out a cart. One employee spent time fixing his hair and pulling up his pants while a long line of cars continued to wait. Once I went inside, the experience wasn't any better. There were plenty of employees, but no one seemed interested in helping customers. The staff I encountered were unfriendly and not helpful. A 40-minute wait for curbside pickup is completely unacceptable. The service was slow, disorganized, and incredibly frustrating. I won't be using curbside pickup at this location again. read more

Stopped by customer service to return some items, employee by the name of Paula was extremely rude. Paula was wearing a mask and I could barely hear her. I asked her to repeat herself multiple times, but instead of speaking up, Paula decided to reply with a disrespectful and rude tone. As a positive and extremely friendly person who treats people with kindness, to management, I think Paula would benefit from customer service training or placed in shipping/receiving where she is not required to communicate with customers. They have completely rearranged everything. It is chaotic and horrible. To make things worse, half of the store was tarped off to clean up after a small arson fire. Everything was very organized until they moved everything around, certainly not for the better. They have only four self checkout registers available, at least half of what they used to have. Flash forward 14 years (yes, fourteen) and I finally stepped inside and whew, it did not disappoint. This place is massive. Like, Costco-who? The aisles go on forever but somehow still feel organized. And let's talk about the vibe: - Super clean (no random products tossed on the floor) - Self-checkouts AND cashier lines were flowing--on a Saturday afternoon, no less! - Employees were actually... nice?? I come to this location often. I attempted to pay with my chase card. Walmart might be the only big business that doesn't take touch pay. My chase card wasn't accepted. Granted my chip was worn, I figured it was time to order another card. I paid using a different method and went on my way. My new chase card came by mail. Went to this place again not even thinking my new card would be a problem, guess what, it was. Tried several times including swiping since walmarts don't take touch pay! Still denied. There are definitely sufficient funds. I asked the clerk if this happens often, he says the other day it happened w/ every other customer and with this particular register, it honestly was a "50/50" chance. I don't have time to talk to management, so again I paid another way. Next time I'm doing self checkout and if it happens again I'm leaving those groceries there and never going back read more

I purchased this New Smart TCL TV and paid Wal-Mart to have it installed via Angi. The day Angi came to install it, I donated the smart TV we had to make room for this supposed upgrade. The new TV was missing parts, (power cord, the remote control and one of the legs. The remote was from a different make TV). The TV is damaged in multiple areas, no protective peel off plastic over the screen and two large scratch marks on the screen itself. This was purchased new as a Christmas gift and now it's December 21st, Again, prior TV given away and this new TV is TRASH and can't even turn on. It looks to be an in-store display that was too messed up to sell in the store, put in a box and sold as new. I Bought a new mount and paid Wal-Mart for Angi to install, installed TV is now mounted crooked and the Angi Tec said it's the best he could do. He is a nice guy and did document everything in this complaint as well as reported it to Angie). I spent almost 2 hours on Wal-Mart customer support, transferred to five different representatives, three supervisors and am waiting for a resolution. Very bad experience that is still not resolved! I am a frequent shopper at Walmart in Suisan City, CA but only for a few select items as I prefer to shop at stores that pay their employees better. Today I had three items and went to check out at self-checkout. The register would not read the chip on my credit card so I tried my debit card with same result. I called the employee assigned in this area over for help (she had been busy looking at her phone), she told me to try again (same result) then she went to assist another customer. I called her over again, she did a re-boot and the register still would not read my cards. AT this point another employee started asking her if her shift ended in about ten minutes. I asked her to cancel any scans/orders in the register as I no longer wanted these items. I will not be going back to Walmart as I can find the same items at roughly the same cost and have a more pleasant shopping experience. read more

Oh my Lord it is so easy to get lost in this store for hours and still have places to look.. I will go down I'll come back down that aisle again and keep finding new things this store is humongous! I have went here for the past month at least and I have still not made it around to the whole entire place.. workers are always usually very friendly and there's a self check out that makes my life 10 million times easier when I only have a few things and don't have to wait in a huge line! There's so much clearance if that's what you're looking for more than I've ever seen it many stores it's so hard to get lost in everything that's here if you don't have extra money to spend I choose to stay away because it's so easy to spend so much lol. 1.Walmart security is basically non existent. 2.Not enough cash register lanes. 3.There is only one person ACTUALLY qualified to work at the Money center, so if they are sick people who need money are really out of luck. Not to mention that one person is seemingly sick quite often. 4.Its always dirty, not to mention in the produce section. There is always produce items ON the floor. 5.They never seem to have any handicap motorized carts for Veterans and people who are unable to walk for long. The carts are ALWAYS out of order. Most people don't even put them back which is understandable but still. 6.Shopping carts are always shoved into handicap parking spots which is inconvenient again as per no.5. 7.Door and cashier employees are abnormally rude, they tend to shrug you off. I love shopping at Walmart because the reasonable prices. What I don't like is the fact that some items I want to purchase is locked up. I understand it's to deter theft but the wait to have someone come and unlock the cases is ridiculous. I really would love to understand why only one staff person has the key. Be careful going to this Walmart location They charged me $161.30 for something called site merch They charged me $18.44 for CRV I found out these extra charge "Rip off" after I went home I had to stop by second day before work and Customer service made me wait for 20 mins then told me I have to get the manger. The manger came 15 mins later and told me I have to check with our loss prevention team to check the camera for CRV charge and they are on lunch right now. So now I have to wait another hour and when I told (Sandy) the manager that I can't wait that long and I need a solution now because it's my fault! Sandy the manager said stop talking to me or I call 911 for you. What an experience! When I pulled up to my reserve spot even before I can put the car into park a young lady was outside greeting me asking me for my information. From the time I parked until the time My order was brought out and put into my vehicle it was under five minutes. The two young ladies that assisted me were very generous and seemed happy to do their job. Based off of my experience today at this location out of all Walmarts that I've visited and used online order grocery pick up this by far is hands-down the best location. This location is very close to my home so it's always convenient when we come, we sometimes cash our checks here and usually the workers are nice. Despite this, I would love it if you guys kept Paula out of the money center. She is quite rude and god forbid you have more than one transaction to complete. Management at these Walmarts don't manage, they "get by" to their next performance review. I hope everyone can see what these super stores are doing and why. Wish I could give this place a 0 this is my second time coming to this location the costume service is horrible I was at self check out I pressed the help button the I lady worker was standing against the wall watching Who I don't know ? Mind you the conveyor belt is so dirty who knows when the last time they cleaned then or wiped them down. Oh and I also forgot to mention when I got to the front of the store no baskets no Clorox wipes to wipe down the basket handle I had to go back outside to get a basket all the baskets were outside in the parking lot. Back to the lady she came over to the register I asked for help I did not know the barcode to this particular item the barcode was not on the item I cannot find it in the look up section. So she proceeds to look up the item not very happy you could tell she was in a bad mood. Then I ask her if I could purchase some liquor with her since she is a cashier? She proceeds to tell me No! I have to get back in line to pay for this somewhere else At that point I'm frustrated and I'm not about to go back into another line. No one ever wants to do their job be friendly to help customers why even pay these workers to work there if they're not gonna give great customer service? I'm leaving this review as someone who doesn't complain to anyone but I cannot believe how I was just treated at this Walmart. I went to self checkout and the worker there decides she needs to individually count the items in my cart to make sure it was 15 or less. I was shopping with someone else and her TWO ITEMS were in the part where the child sits, she's pregnant we were sharing a cart but once we got to self checkout she took her items. The young lady maybe in her early 20's was so rude. She started lecturing us that it was "got too much going on up here" and proceeds to tell me to go to another register. She had no name tag on so I couldn't get her name probably since she's rude to so many people. She came over and told ME that I copped an attitude with HER. Then the manager after I told him the story he did say she handled the situation poorly but then he decided to MANSPLAIN to me that it's 15 items per cart not per transaction. Today on the 16th of February 2022, I had an unfortunate experience with a woman cashier at register #7. She has a horrible, rude, stank, ghetto attitude, while wearing a tshirt that says "Queen." She very much reminded my of Pumbaa from the Lion King. How this person made it through the basic interview process is beyond me. My only satisfaction is knowing that I am sure she will never rise beyond this station in life. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I wanted to pickup some Legos, Mens T shirts and I also was debating on some screwdrivers to fix my kitchen sliding door. I have my little infant daughter with me for the afternoon. I make my way to the Lego section to by a Lego creator tiger for my older son. LOCKED BEHIND GLASS. I press a button and wait. No one comes. I wait about 5 minutes and then find an employee. That person didn't have a key and didn't know who did. Screw it, I'll get it at Target later. Next I go to the baby section and get a shirt for my infant daughter. That took one minute and was simple. Next I get to try and find some male underwear. LOCKED BEHIND GLASS. I spend time finding an employee and she does have a key, but she doesn't speak English. I also speak Spanish, but this person didn't speak Spanish either. She unlocked the case but I was not allowed to touch the socks I wanted. We played charades, as I tried to say in English and Spanish what I wanted. Finally she picked out what I wanted and then she left.... She carried them away and I never saw them again. I left Walmart. I never did get the Lego tiger I wanted and I never got the socks this lady carried away. Never again. I can't spend my day "shopping" for items behind glass and the entire shopping experience in this store is bizarre. No. Never again. Please don't even go here. You've been warned. read more

There's only been a few times that I've been to a Walmart and left with no anxiety and those limited times that I've felt like that was when I was back home in Hawaii. I hope to say the same about Suisun. So there'll another Walmart in Suisun? Honestly, I preferred it that way - I was always a patron when Walmart was located next to Budweiser. But when they closed that place down and relocated to Fairfield, I avoided that place like the plague. The clientele there is corrupt beyond repair. It's odd that they have Carpool parking because I doubt anyone pays attention to the painted signs. However the parking lot is hella big. Big for travelers and big for trucks. The Suisun location is larger in size so the isles are nice and spacious. Deli is seems to be bigger and there's no cage around some of the hygiene and beauty products as opposed to Fairfield. There's a 24 hour Subway located inside and a drive through pharmacy window outside for convenience. The land seems large enough to add on additional shops so we'll have to see what'll move in in the future. read more

Worst customer service ever! I've had two incidents at the store First couple weeks ago I needed Worcestershire sauce. I couldn't seem to find it, So I found a rep and asked where is was. She laughed when I said "Worcestershire sauce" she calls 2 more reps and had me repeat it again just to laugh in my face because none of the 3 dumb fucks even knew what it was. Other than laughing never even offered to help me find it or point me in the direction of someone that can help me. Spoke to the manager she didn't seem to give a Shit about what had just happened. Today I go to get puppy bottles Which I can't seem to find anywhere in the Pet supply area. I see two workers there stocking so I ask. I'm told they're behind a locked glass case "they think" Neither one of them walked over there with me to see if they were even there. And if they where I would need one of them to get them for me. But no I had to go look my self and if I needed them Would have to look for someone to help me open the case. I try to be a reasonable person treat sells reps /cashiers as I would like to be treated. I've worked in customer service in the past and know how people can be. But the lack of customer service these days is Ridiculous! By us shopping at your store we help make your pay check. I received an alert that my order was delivered and as soon as I checked all of my bags I realized I was missing pretty much my entire order, but of course I was charged for it all. I wasn't missing 1 item, no not 2 items....I was missing 14 items from my order. This is the third order from this location that has been disappointing. My previous 2 orders were cancelled for no reason. Definitely won't do anymore online grocery orders from here in the future.
