The person who answers the phone is rude and lazy. Every time I call about prescription it's always a super rude LAZY tone and they act like they can't find my medication until I ensure them it's there. This was the first and the last time I will use the Pharmacy at Rite Aid in Suisun. I picked up a very expensive medication for asthma and being an experienced inhaler user did not think twice that the Pharmacist did not stop me to instruct me on how to use it. After getting home, I opened the package and noted that though the package said Qty 60, there were only 29 inhalations on the inhaler itself. I then called the pharmacy for information/explanation. I was met with "'I know for a fact'" there are 60. I was the one who helped you!" She then handed the phone to the Pharmacist who started to give me an attitude on the phone. I said, I'll bring the medication back and show you what I mean. Both Clerk and Pharmacist had an attitude almost yelling at me as soon as I showed them the package. The Pharmacist then asked me if I even read the manufacturer's insert and I said "no"..But are you not suppose to teach me about this? The two of them talked to me as if I was stupid and they continued to escalate the conversation like it was my fault. I stopped the conversation and told them they were not very nice and I would never be back. I have never had this type of experience by a "Professional" ever! I am a healthcare professional myself with 35yrs of experience. I would hate to think what anyone else would have to endure if they came to this pharmacy. DO NOT use this place if you can help it! This place is fairly clean and organized. The front is alright but fast, usually the staff is nice. PHARMACY is better, they have improved! They greet customers when they arrive and smile. They actually seem happier. The pharmacy area also got a makeover and improved their looks too. It's nice to come in now. I don't mind waiting for them after they greet me, it's just nice to know they acknowledge I'm there. (I actually took my business else where for awhile and came back) it's nice to see they are trying to improve. read more

This is a review specifically for their pharmacy. The people there are so quick, nice and respectful. I had my urgent care doctor order a very rare form of muscle relaxer that my insurance didn't cover. The pharmacy was sure to help me out. At first they offered me a discount, but it was still going to be $88. I had to call the urgent care place and the pharmacy had the right medication ready for me within the hour. Stopped off at the Pharmacy here on 10/30/2022 at 4pm specifically because it was listed as a store that offers the nasal flu vaccine and filled out all the info for my kids beforehand online. Not sure what was going on with the woman behind the counter, but from the moment I mentioned we were there to get the flu vaccine for the kids, every interaction was short and and filled with irritation. For some reason, I was also asked to provide much of the info I filled out online. Ended up asking her to rip up my records and we left in order to end the pain being inflicted by the conversation. read more

Jasper, that works at the Suisun store, is the type of customer service employee that is so lacking in today's company's. Helpful, and insightful. He offered to find what I was looking for and also located me a bit later while I as still in the store to let me know he had some leftover bubble wrap that was going to be tossed out that he thought I could use. Afterwards while I was at the checkout getting my other items he brought a huge box of bubble stuffing and took it to my car for me. No cost to me. Pharmacy why have a phone line if it never gets answered!? Daily calls every day and no answer.

I had my passport photo taken there. It was returned by passport services stating it was unacceptable. I called to see if they could do it again correctly. I came in they said the reason it wasn't accepted or must be because of the tank top I was wearing. I told them there's nothing on the passport website that says anything against that and I was there in a halter tank top. I said then can I just have a refund as you don't think it will work work my clothing. I didn't have a receipt, but I had the credit card I had purchased it on. They said they couldn't do it if I didn't have my receipt. I had the picture taken about 3 weeks ago. Looking at the measurements I think they didn't do it with either measurement from top of head to bottom of the chin. read more

The worst pharmacy experience I have ever had and it's happened multiple times with this store. Our dog is seeing an veterinary optometrist for eye pressure and we have to give 4 kinds of eye drops to keep that pressure sown, multiple times a day. It has been a struggle and if we miss a drop schedule, within hours her pressure is up and she is blind and scared. We had the doctor call her prescriptions into the Suisun City Rite Aid as it is close to our home. I wish I knew the pharmacists names. One woman pharmacist that seems to be there most of the time is incredibly rude, unprofessional and doesn't know the regulations for pet medication are different than for people. First we tried to pick up refills of the eye drops as we were down to the last of them. She would not refill them because it hadn't been 30 days. I called the doctor and they were in disbelief as well. They took the time to call and explain how it works with pet medication and that we can pick up refills whenever we need them. Then a very nice (Australian?) Pharmacist called and apologized and said the doctors explained and he would put a special note on the file to remind others that is is for a dog. When I picked them up, it was this crabby woman pharmacists again. I confirmed with her that we could get more refills anytime and she said yes. Just called back today and this same woman argued over the phone with me that it is too early. She said I should have the doctor change what the prescription says. Veternarians are all short handed these days and it's difficult to spend 30-45 minutes waiting for these people to pick up the phone for them (the office told this is how long they wait on hold). I told her I already had them call and explain. She continued to argue about how many drops I was giving our dog. I had to explain her condition and that the doctor told us to give more drops if we needed to and she's a fidgety dog so not all drops make it to the eyes. She continued to argue (and not in a professional, concerned, helpful way). I was getting pretty fed up with her attitude after being stressed out because our dog already had an eye removed for this same issue and we are struggling not to lose the other one. And yet everytime we try to renew the drops this woman gives us attitude. I don't normally write scathing reviews like this. But I have to say this woman should not be working with the public. And from the looks of things, not with other employees either. There wasn't a good energy between her and the others working in the pharmacy. read more

Horrible customer service. I wanted information on obtaining COVID tests that under Federal Law should be covered by my insurance, which I pay a large mount for each month. They were dismissive and unhelpful. It is one thing to not have the test but still try to be helpful by providing information and another to not even give a shit. I went to Walmart instead and they were able to help me no problem. In the past I have also gone to Costco and they are also helpful. read more

This is my first time back in this store for quite some time. The pregnant black lady with the wicked afro and glasses was so sweet. She seemed to be in the store alone however and would hope they had at least a security gaurd there. She treated myself and my wife like we were family, knew where everything was. Even informed us about the membership card which we will sign up for in the future. I just wanted to take time out to say thank you to that young lady it is very rare to be treated so nicely in stores. You made a difference in our night. Wow... this place really sucks! Customer service has some major issues... these fools are mean and look hella unhappy! The lady at the register asked me if I wanted to join their rewards program and I simply said "no thank you" and she goes off telling me examples of "if you buy this, with your rewards card you can save this much..." pointed out 3-4 examples of savings... I just wanted to get out of there... We kept saying no and she got all insulted! I don't need another rewards card in my wallet! The person behind me was asked the same question and when he said "I have one already" the cashier goes off and starts talkin' smack... "That's what I'm talkin' about... unlike some OTHER PEOPLE..." (she yells that last line out, hahaha!) Please... Even with savings Rite Aid is over priced. This particular Rite aid Sucks... I usually go to rite aid for the ice cream.. everything else I find a little expensive. This last visit we had Alisia (i believe) help and she was awesome.. She had great customer service, greeted each customer as they came in her vision and knew how to communicate and multitask. Usually as we go we have to wait such a long time to even to be acknowledged in the ice cream area and the person usually has checking people out as a priority instead of first come first serve and communicating with the other customer. Sherbet and rocky road is the best ice cream I feel here but they have tons of varieties to choose from. read more

The guy was telling the customer they can use his rite aid card to get the discount and the cashier Cindy said they cannot use it. Omg how can you tell them that. Ever since I moved to Suisun over a year ago, I usually wear my backpack on when I go to the store just to buy snacks and drinks before I go to school or work. One of the retail associate behind the counter recently yelled at me to leave my backpack by the door. Talk about a scary place to be at 8pm at night time. I swear it to you, the staff seemed like they were zombies! They didn't care of any customer service. I asked one of the employees where I could find a certain item and all I got was a stare. WOW is all I could say. I had to find the item myself. When I got to the cash register, to purchase my items, boy did I experience ignorance. I was the one that greeted the cashier with a "hello" and a "have a good night." The cashier was busy speaking to one of his supervisors, complaining that he wanted to go home. I do not recommend this place whether I'm with a friend or not. In 2000: This was the place that we'd grab 3 liter off brand sodas and 5 gallon ice creams for dirt cheap. In 2011: This is now a place where you need a club card to get the modest savings. First off club cards suck. They're super annoying and don't make me feel like some type of club member but instead like rite aid is gonna track my purchases or call my number and breathe heavy in the middle of the night(Is that you Rite Aid?). Even with the card the deals weren't that impressive and what's worse? They didn't match the advertised deal. Example: sponges...buy one get one free. Nope...buy one get the other 50% off and only with a card. Really frustrating! I punched in my moms number and got the deal but still... The employees were friendly enough so no complaints there. This store has the worst pharmacy staff. The pharmacist is very rude. I have filled three or four prescriptions at this location and I've always had a negative experience. The customer service is horrible. My last experience culminated in me having to postpone outpatient surgery because they'd failed to clarify a discrepancy with the prescribing doctors office despite having the script 5 days. My doctors office had called them several times; twice in my presence. This location should be closed. read more

I'm not too sure what happened to Rite Aid. In the mid-90's, it was a nice place to shop at. You know, buy ice cream during those hot summer days. Times have obviously passed and things have definitely changed. The people that work here aren't very helpful, nor do they seem like they want to be there. The prices for most of the items here are outrageously high. If you need to buy something from here, I suggest going to Walmart or Target. Most likely the same thing you would have picked up from Rite Aid, will be a couple of bucks cheaper at another store. read more

I can completely understand why this store has such a low rating. If I could've given it a no star I would have. I went in looking for stamps. There was only one register open and even so, the lady went through the irritable process of registering a person at the register for Rite Aid rewards or whatever the hell it is. So I wait to be assisted and finally the lady at the register calls another person up. I ask for stamps and she says "4 for $2.75". I initially didn't answer because I couldn't understand what 4 for $2.75 meant. So in a rude tone she says so what do you want? I said wait come again? She said the stamps, we only sell books of 4 stamps for $2.75. Who the hell sells stamps only in books of 4? AND for $2.75. Apparently this Rite Aid does. What a waste of time this place was.
