Went here for lunch today after looking at rave reviews from social media. We order our food and drinks as soon as we get to the table; however, we don't receive our order for over an hour! The drinks somehow came out AFTER our food. Ordered a beyond meat burger, which was bland and for some reason came out on a piece of burnt toast???? Wonderful breakfast food. Pancakes are made thick but not heavy. More fluffy like than dense. The eggs were cooked wonderfully and their sausage links taste amazing. I had ordered delivery a few times and it always arrives hot and my iced coffee stayed cold. I've also had their French toast before and it appears to be made with a grain bread which I can appreciate, it adds a little more to an old favourite. I had ordered delivery this morning and (through no fault of the restaurant - I think it was grub hubs doing. They phoned to add a muffin to the order and made a fresh iced coffee. I must say that I'm quite surprised that this business has a rating of 4 stars due to extreme poor customer service, long wait time and a very unwelcoming host. The waiter seemed to care about her ambiguous relationships with her co workers as she consistently ignored me and my friends concerning the long wait on our drinks and food. The food came in this exact order "wings, water, liquor then fries". After patiently waiting about an hour while my friends ate their food, I was then told there was no lettuce for my CEASAR salad (w/ no meat)! The hookah we ordered came after I was fed up and no longer had interest in giving this business another dollar. Overall I think John Taffer is needed here. The lead server lives in the building above. They're getting a liquor license. There's a patio out front. The food is humble and generous. I always go to places for food and drinks. I've never had such a rude manager and bad service. I am utterly disgusted by the service here. Our food took 2 hours and 42 minutes to get to our table the hookah took 45 minutes and the hookah refill took 20 minutes. I told the manager about the lack of service and when we complained and said he will not kick us out because it takes two hours each seating . He was rude and inconsiderate!!! Cute atmosphere and good food! Best way to describe this jewel! They serve expresso, smoothies/juices and REAL food. I came in for breakfast and got the breakfast burrito and french toast platter which was BOTH soooo good also had two fresh juices. (Ate it and forgot to take pics sorry guys)! Love that there were both vegan/meat eater options so there's something for everyone. Service is outstanding, owner Dave, was kind and attentive! Tre Jolie is waiting for their liquor license soon so they'll have brunch and happy hours! I can't wait. That good food and liquor combo are sure to make me happy :) read more

Tried this place for the first time today. The coffee was amazing and well priced. The food was great! My husband had the chicken and waffles, and I had the avalado toast! They were both great! Okay so I ordered a quesadilla and some fried plantains with spicy Mayo , which I put in the message while ordering , didn't get the spicy Mayo . Instead I got a guacamole. Netherlands them had any flavor , no salt on ether of them . The quesadilla was okay but not crazy about it, I thought I was going to get a cane soda but instead it came in a plastic cup with ice half way watered down . Boy oh boy where do I begin. This place is seriously awesome. My friend and I were lured in by the $5 margaritas, and stayed all the way till closing time. Ralph does an amazing job of hosting the community and making sure everyone is having a good time. There was a comedy pop up show last night, and Max and Cab really kept us laughing both on and off the stage. We ordered the chicken quesadilla and the Haitian griyo tacos, as well as a few rounds of mango and regular margaritas. The Haitian griyo was packed with flavor and a secret spicy ingredient that made my friend cry - but the moment Ralph noticed her reaction, he came running to the rescue with a gallon of milk to wash it down. Tre Jolie Cafe Lounge is not the lounge to go to sad to say but this was a horrible experience. I went on a Wednesday night for a friend's birthday celebration and it was packed!!!! Who would've thought a lounge would be sooo packed like this on a Wednesday, you would've thought it was the weekend the way it was packed. Story time: I got to the restaurant had to wait to be seated due to the fact it was extremely packed so the wait time was approximately 45 minutes to an hour. So we finally got seated outside in this little section. The waitress didn't come to the table until an hour later. The waitress asked for our drinks and I asked if we can order food she said the kitchen will be closing soon. During the hour we were waiting for the waitress and the people who I was with kept going in and out of the restaurant asking for our waitress. It was so bad even the security Leo asked where's the waitress smh. He went inside and spoke with the owner to inform him that we were waiting for a while now. The waitress took so long we were over it, one of my friends took it upon herself and attempted to order drinks from the bar. The bartender said we have to wait for the waitress ‍. While this is all going on you have the owner Rafael or whatever his name is taking shots with this group and serving them food meanwhile I'm observing everything that's going on. So the waitress comes we ordered drinks, hookah and was finally able to get food. During all of this the birthday girl still wasn't there yet, mind you this was the only reason I stayed in the first place because of the birthday girl. An hour later we got our food and hookah (11pm) after we informed the owner I guess he did a rush order for us. I was confused because How do you get your food before you get your drinks?? Please explain that to me? The group as a whole ordered margaritas. I've never experienced bad service like this. I ordered sweet potatoes fries and chicken quesadillas and the fries was cold ‍. When I tell you this is the worst of the absolutely worst, it is. We had to consistently keep reminding the waitress we ordered this and that drink it was just a hot mess. The owner came to the table and one of my friends told him off about the terrible service we've been receiving . The way he was servicing other tables by hand delivering food and drinks to this and that table extremely unprofessional. When my friend called him out on it he was in denial SMH!!!!!!!!!!! So he tried to make up for it by giving us rubbing alcohol aka shots. I refused to take that shot and he honored some of the bill for us. Also one of the female security guards was arguing with the female that was with me extremely unprofessional. LISTEN!!!!! this is not the place to go it needs better service. read more

Okay so i'm not even a person that writes reviews on restaurants publicly. This is probably the first. My experience was absolutely horrible. I ordered wings & Shrimp empanadas( came out as fried shrimp which were very dry had 2 little shrimps inside covered with over fried breading and nothing else. literally dry shrimp & a dry empanada. The wings were horrible as well. I've had better from dominoes.. Not to mention it took over a hour to bring this out & when it finally came out THE PLATES WERE WET. like literal multiple puddles on my plate. who tf serves food on wet plates? I got there at like 10pm and they were out of drinks all they had were flavored margaritas that tasted like a lot of syrup & house liquor. i honestly don't know what was worst between the wet plates waiting 1 hour and a half for food that take 5-10 minutes to make or those dry empanadas, but definitely do not go here & spend any money there's way better places than here in bushwick. 0.5/10 . & you only get the .5 because there was tvs outside & you were able to smoke. This place is absolutely terrible. Me and my friends (party of 4) arrived at this place on the day of cinco de Mayo at 6:30pm. We were not seated until 7:30 which was understandable due to what day it was. After being seated me and my friends immediately placed an order of food and margaritas. Although the margaritas came it took 3+ hours for us to receive our food. When asked if we would be compensated for the wait, we were told by the managers and the owners that we would be compensated with shots and appetizers of our choice, it was then said that we would be charged for the appetizers that we were supposedly compensated for. Our waitress showed no sense of urgency to help us receive our food, we were told that supposedly that the cook needed to go on break for 30 mins but as I stated before it took 3+ for us to even receive hour food. I would NOT recommended this place to anyone if you're looking to have a good time. If you are seated outside just keep in mind that you are NOT. Priority. Just walk past this place. read more

This was just a horrible experience. Before going I read the reviews on here and google.. some were iffy others were saying this spot was OK. So I gave it a try. I like the fact they have $5 margs all day different flavors as well BUT the drinks were WATERED DOWN. The bartender puts way too much ice, I mean I guess that's why it's $5 LOL. Not only that but I spoke to the bartender a few times because I was sitting at the bar at one point and let me say she's NASTY, her attitude is disgusting. She just seemed miserable she had a face the entire time while I was there. As if she hated her job (I believe her name is Chass). The food was okay I give it a C rating, wings were the only thing that looked promising which was OK 7/10. The fries though were really good and crispy! They also have hookah which was WACK. I mean I can make a better hookah at home. Hookah girl seemed like she was just there to get paid she's not no pro at doing hookah. It burns for about 15-20 mins and then you already need a refill. Overall service is SLOW as other reviewers mentioned. They play all types of music but very repetitive. After a while the DJ plays the same songs over and over.
