If you enjoy being gaslit by Pinocchio Kathy Register and her team while paying for top-tier coverage(Platinum Extra Care), this Lexus dealership is a "five-star" experience. I purchased the Platinum Extended Warranty-supposedly the gold standard-and was told my reimbursement for a TPMS sensor wasn't covered because it was 'broken.' Apparently, internal failure during normal driving doesn't count unless it fits their narrative. The manager or who ever she is confidently misinformed me (nice try), then doubled down when challenged. Either they don't know what the warranty covers, or they're hoping I don't. In the last 2 weeks, I had a sales person not return my deposit on a car that was in transit. I decided not to buy the car. Instead, I purchased another Lexus model from another dealer. TC Lexus did not have that model I wanted on the lot. Finally had to call the sales manager to get the deposit refunded, which I got four days after I first requested it. Today I brought my SC430 for service and this is how the technician left my floor mat. Called the Service Director to complain, never heard back. I've bought tons of vehicles in my day and I've never seen such a total lack of basic decency and professionalism at a dealership. High end vehicles but rock bottom tier sales management. Brought my 2020 rx350 in for routine service. Was notified by my service rep that there was the start of an engine leak which he said was common for this model and year. Having purchased a service contract, I told my rep to make the repairs. At this point the car was not leaking oil, with new tires it ran smooth and very quiet. After the service was performed I picked up the car and immediately noticed a rumbling noise and vibration. I turned around and went back to the dealer. They said that this was the way the 2020 ran. Absolutely not true. From here things went down hill. The car actually started leaking oil onmy garage floor ruining it. Brought it back they said the gasket failed. They also told me it was noisy because when they drop the engine to replace the gasket its very difficult to perfectly align they engine with the exhaust system and that causes the noise. I would rate them 4 stars up until my last visit. The service prices on the website are not up to date. I scheduled an oil change for $89.95 listed on the website and was presented a paper to sign saying I'm okay with any charges up to $140. I asked why it says $140 when the price was $90+ tax. Kelliegh the service advisor looked at me and said "It doesn't say that, show me." So I showed her on their website where it said that and she said "Oh, well you use a different kind of oil." I asked what changed since the first 7 times I brought my car here and it was $90. She told me "No it was never that price". After a childish back and forth in which she scolded me for writing my mileage down wrong she said "Do you want me to show you your service history?" I said yes and we went to her office where she pulled up my past service records and wouldn't you know they were $102 after taxes and fees. She goes "Oh we increased the price of our labor by $20. If she would've just come out and said they raised the price of labor I wouldn't have cared but don't sit there all pushy insinuating I'm a liar. They also insist I use a special kind of oil which is fine but I keep all my service records and the type of oil they've invoiced on every receipt has not changed so that doesn't make sense. So when you're booking service here be aware that the prices listed on their website are not accurate and they will try to get you sign off to spend more than the prices listed you booked online. The inside of the dealership is nice though. Free car washes after service as well. They will have sales people try to corner you and attempt to pressure you into talki about purchasing a new while you wait though. They left me alone after I told them to stop though. read more

Long time Lexus owner. 6 vehicles over 20 years. Home is Indianapolis but I moved to stuart. I had a very frustrating experience buying my 2023 NX. Salesman continually tried to put me in the car he had in lot. I specified what I wanted and my willingness to wait for it. I finally agreed to a color I did not want. Purchase day was a 3 hr debacle just to pay cash . We were promised 2 keys and got 1.! My Indy dealer allows me a loaner for service ( I am disabled and cannot spend half day in a lobby). At treasure coast a loaner is conditional to the cost/length of service. I bought 4 expensive run flat tires in Indy last summer as well as the 2 year warranty. Now I have a nail in one tire This dealer will not honor the warranty. I recommend you buy your cars elsewhere and service them where customer service is actually real read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. My father drove from Broward County all the way to Orlando to pick me up, and then to this dealership to get the car we thought was going to be my new car (2014 Acura TL). The sales associate, Sandy Firestone, showed zero empathy upon viewing the many imperfections the car had. In order to make this car in the condition of what it was being sold for, we would have had to invest over a grand in cosmetic work (and some for repairs). For the price to be as high as it was and for the GSM, Tina, to not even acknowledge these issues and make things right, knowing all of these damages and not giving us a heads up was downright evil. This Lexus dealership also has an eBay store that sells OEM Lexus parts and accessories. I made several attempts to purchase an item from their eBay store and was needing to do local pick up because I was visiting from out of state and needed the part without waiting for shipment, after several attempts to contact seller they were completely unresponsive. I then called the Lexus dealership to inquire about the part and if they had it in stock, I was told no that they would have to order it and the part was $354.18 and it was advertised as $279.99 on their eBay store and that they had 2 in stock. Ok how does that work, I was willing to pay retail from their parts store just to get what I needed. I was really disappointed with the level of poor service from this dealership, (texts, promises of getting back to me, no follow up, no returned calls from person in the parts department that manages the eBay store, even after leaving a message explaining that I needed to buy the part and pick up locally etc.) Save your money and frustration and find a different Lexus dealership that stands by the service and integrity level of honest, ethical Lexus dealerships. read more

By far the most unprofessional, inconsiderate and leadership lacking dealership I have ever encountered. I drove over an hour and half after having a discussion over the phone with a salesman who followed through on nothing. We couldn't agree to a price once I got there; which was fine, as it's part of the process; so I left. Keeping in mind, over the phone they agreed to certain things. They called me the next day, actively in negotiation over the phone which we then agreed to a price. I told the salesman I was headed there which he replied "ok we are open until 7p." So again 1.5 hours out of my way but was looking forward to the new car and then I got a strange feeling. So I texted the salesman (because he wouldn't answer his phone) and asked is the car still available which his response was "nope, it sold this morning - but I have other colors with just a few additional miles for you." Clearly he gave no attention when I said they 2 colors I had no interest in - because that's what they had with 10,000 more miles! Not to mention it sold at ~10am and we agreed to a price and that I was coming at 4pm... I spoke with management twice, who brushed me off. So I will tell you, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Scheduling was able to accommodate my needs. Kathy was very thorough with documenting my 4 issues to check. Kathy and the service tech took time to explain to me an issue the tech identified to repair. It was not even on my issue log. I had to come back a second time but that is ok since they were so good to order the parts and hopefully prevent any issues with the problem. My only recommendation is about the snack area. I would move all those coffee supplies over by the end of the bar so that once people prepare their cups or after brewing can GET OUT OF the WAY of the next person waiting. Just a Mary thought. The manager and our sales person were really nice and the facilities were nice but something happened that left a bad taste in my mouth. We made the trip out from Vero Beach to see one of the state's only available 2022 Nx's since they're limited and going fast. We arrived at the dealership and waited in line after another couple to see the only available one at this dealer. When it was our turn, we were viewing the car when we were promptly asked by another sales person to exit it and not able to test drive or sit in it since the other couple was interested (just minutes after they returned from a test drive). I understand not being able to purchase that one since they arrived just briefly before us to view it, but I was interested in making a 2022 Nx purchase very soon, and not being able to at least see the car was them losing out on a sale of not just one today, but another in the near future. Not that they probably care based on how the situation was handled, but I will likely make the trip to Palm Beach for my next purchase. read more

I was about to bring my vehicle for a recall. After waiting for more than a month for a part to arrive no one bothered to call to advise that part is in. I had to call myself, and unfortunately discovered a typical bite / lure in tactics. My vehicle was not sold by them, nor serviced anytime by them. This was supposed to be a first time, perhaps fruitful future relationship. Instantly service dept. wanted to do " complimentary " checkup with free car wash. When I questioned how it is "complimentary" when I only get free carwash and not checkup, they started to sing to the different tune. I refused of course, I know my vehicle and I do not need them to look for problems. Since it was supposed to take no more than 4 hours I opted to stay in with first available early appointment. They were looking into it, so I said that I will call later on to schedule cause I need to check my schedule as well. To my surprise they scheduled the app. on their own @ 3:30 pm with a loaner. Nice gesture- but is it really ? respect the customer wish, I do not want your loaner, I want in & out service. I did not respond to their appointment cause I told them that I will call to schedule when it is convenient to me not to them. I personally care less what they want or need !!!!!!! Regardless of who when and if,,,, real people less than 4 Star reviews and my personal short term interaction with them made me change my mind. I am simply reluctant of these people and do not want to end up in 'he said, she said' game. I rather pay independent shop to replace the part that is on recall and enjoy my vehicle for many years to come. My wife and I recently bought a new Lexus RX350L. We would like to share the wonderful experience that we had at Treasure Coast Lexus in our purchase. We did an Internet Purchase and it was the smoothest auto purchase transaction we've ever had. We can't say enough good words about Anthony Burruano, our Internet Sales Liaison, and Howard Kent, who managed all the payment and delivery details. Anthony corresponded via email with us for 2 weeks as we shopped area dealerships. There was never pressure to talk by phone or come in to do the finance dance, or any of the other typical auto dealership annoyances that are such a huge turn off. Anthony continually impressed me with his detailed answers to each and every one of my questions - and I had many, over numerous emails. No other area dealers paid such thorough attention to us. Anthony was always prompt, professional, courteous and above all thorough in all of his correspondences. His responsiveness coupled with a fair price really captured our attention. Up to this point, everything was conducted via email, which was our preference. When enough information had been gathered, we initiated telephone correspondence with Anthony, where we ironed out final details and then made our purchase several days later. I should also mention that we live in Wellington so the dealership is an hour from our house- no problem- they offer a valet service where they will pick you up at your home at purchase time and will even do a loaner delivery for service calls. To summarize, Internet Sales at Treasure Coast Lexus is like no other. We personally highly recommend that anyone in the market for a Lexus, consider them for a smooth auto purchase experience. I went into this dealership with no intentions of purchasing as i had the idea that i would not be approved due to bad credit and loans that I had against me. Given the EXTREMELY hard work from Scott in sales and his team, Tina the General Manager and Steve in finances, they got me into the exact car that i wanted with a lower APR than I was originally paying on a used volkswagen jetta that i absolutely dreaded driving. I learned that the white glove service did not exist for my truck. Also- 6 months later- still no wiper blades. I asked for the Used car Sales manager to call 5 times during this time and still - she has never called. They're all full of smiles and sunshine when you're purchasing - then nada- zero follow up! Driving on the turnpike an Orange construction cone was in the middle of the road. I was unable to avoid it and it caused damage to my Lexus NX. In a frantic moment I found Treasure Coast Lexus. I was having a stressful day and this cone only made it worse. The moment I pulled into Treasure Coast Lexus that stress went away. Hope greeted me and saw the upset look on my face. She helped me with my puppies and brought me inside. Even though there is not a body shop, Chris took my car back and tied my front bumper so that it would be drivable. On April 28, 2015 I brought my 2013 RX350 to Treasure Coast Lexus. I thought their was a problem with my tires as the tire indicator would not go off. Mr. Robert Collier was my service director. He immediately took my car and had his team check it out. While waiting approximately 30 minutes he informed me the tire pressure was a little off and that his team fixed the problem. The team washed my car and cleaned the inside as a courtesy. This is my third or fourth time going to this dealership for service.
