You have to ask for a receipt and the screen facing the customer never works. Yesterday, the guy over charged me the first time, I caught it by asking him for the price. Then he changed it. After I got the receipt that I requested, I found another overcharge and went back. They never dispute the claim, I'm certain that they are aware. Each overcharge was approximately .25, but if they do that to every customer, they are cleaning up! This behavior has gone on for quite a while. The only person you can trust in the store is Kelly, the Lottery clerk. Best Practice: Verify the price vs the charge, ask for a receipt, and check that receipt!!! Unethical Behavior!!!
