I called them about shots for my new cat and got a price. It was in my budget so I booked the appointment. After the appointment the price was double what they told me. I asked why the price went up and they said the receptionist must have given me the free wellness and shouldn't have because I was a customer with a dog a while ago. Refused to give the price I was given over the phone. "Nothing I can do" I was told. Feel ripped off as I only made the appointment because I could afford the price. It would seem that if they knew what the mistake was they would make it right. Guess not. Don't recommend anyone trust the over the phone pricing. read more

If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would! From the start of your visit, you walk into a clean and peaceful reception area. The front desk staff were attentive and greeted us as soon as we walked in and were so gentle to my scared pup! They put us into a quiet room and sent in a super sweet nurse with the raddest blue hair to take vitals, gather history, and discuss our goals for the visit. Dr. Hinderager was incredible and very helpful! Everyone was awesome both to my pup, Quinn, and to me. Prices are very reasonable for such great care! They were great to ensure I was comfortable with the plan for our pup and offer other options and open to my input. Great facility, team, and experience! read more

All they want is to overcharge on everything. Sent my daughter with her dog and they charged to test for heartworm which she said she didn't want. Also the Vet prescribed pills said Costco was cheaper but decided to do us a "favor" and send us with 28 pills for $110.00 incase we couldn't make it to Costco in the next 2 weeks. I called and talked to the vet I asked why he would send my daughter with pills if he gave us a prescription. He then told me that I should have brought the dog in then I could have declined the pills. He was very rude I have been taking all my dogs there but no longer after this visit. We are very saddened by the lack of compassion shown to our pup who was their for his follow-up from a hospital admission a week prior. The nurses were amazing though, the Vet not! Our pup was pushed away when he was just trying to give him affection. The Vet was in a rush and interrupted me during my questions. The Vet took would not re-fill a medication which i knew would cause withdrawal problems if stopped abruptly. He was adamant that no our pup wouldn't. Well sure enough, our poor pup started not eating, dry heaving, being extremely lethargic after stopping the med abruptly. (and no refills to help) Our pup was suffering and going down hill!! I called Treasure Valley and also West Vet emergency hospital where he was admitted. Treasure Valley said they had a new Vet looking everything over because we refused to talk with the one who treated our pup prior. Within the hour our pup had his prescription from West Vet Emergency so he could be weaned off without being a danger and causing seizures, the nausea, dizziness, vomiting, etc....not a word from Treasure Valley. No one ever called to check on our pup to even see if he was improving. We are definitely finding a new Veterinarian office!! Do your research!! If something you know doesn't seem right, or feel right you fight for your furry family member!! It is too bad one bad apple has to ruin it for the whole bunch. When you see the word HOSPITAL in a facility name you would anticipate that they are able to handle acute emergencies. Not this place.... it is take your money and have a nice day. If there is an emergency for a client during business hours they will refer you to All Valley or West Vet. They do not follow up to make sure that your animal is taken care of or if your animal is alive or dead. I will never bring another pet to them again. read more

I drove 500 miles to bring my pup Rosey to Dr. Ware and staff to perform orthopedic surgery on her hind leg. I had searched from Sacramento to Idaho and was appalled at how little response I received inquiring with different orthos on their ability and availability to do her surgery. Of the few that did respond their pricing was outrageous! Dr. Ware's office was responsive and made me feel as if they truly cared about Rosey and I was not just $$$$ they could milk me for. The staff is awesome!!!! Dr. Ware kept me informed and explained risks and what I would need to do for Rosey's best outcome. Even with the surgery being more extensive than originally anticipated there were no additional fees!!! Imagine that?!!! The staff (Heidi, Tracy, and the rest) really do love their job and it shows in how they care for their patients. i was cheap and tried to give my Bosten terrier his vacation that i bought from a local store i had previse given many injections into my previse pup who had very bad allergy's. well miss daisy is 7 years old never had a problem with getting vaccinate from a vet well what happen poor Daisy had a allergic reaction to the vaccina i gave her her face got swollen she started breaking out with hives and under her chin started to swell. i fist gone to the vet on Avalone but gut turned away from this emergency. was told she did not have a appointment and they we not equipped for emergency's. so i gone to the next close and took her to Treasure Vallery Veterinary hospital here in Kuna . i gone in and ask if they could help they said right away yes gone to my car and got my baby as soon as i walked in a nurse was waiting for me and took Daisy to the back . The Dr came into the room and ask to treat her they gave her a Benadryl and Prednisone shot and and she started getting better . this clinic is great i would go back anytime and thank you for taking care of my baby. read more
