I was looking for a sweet treat for me and the kids, and I'm so glad we came back! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They let us know we could sample as many flavors as we wanted, and were patient and helpful the whole time. The flavor options are fun and creative, and they offer kiddie cups, milkshakes, and more. Last time I was here, I had the Browned Butter Brownie and still remember it as one of the best ice creams I've ever had. This time, I went with the Biscoff Cookie (so good!), and my kids got PB&J and Butter Brickle. We all loved our choices--the ice cream is thick, creamy, and perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. Bonus points for their sustainability efforts: paper cups and lids for most sizes, and compostable spoons! Kiddie size still has a clear plastic lid, but I appreciate the effort overall. Can't wait to come back again next time we're in town.

What I got was a cool little drive thru serving up all the classics and a wide variety specialty drinks from coffee to smoothies, refreshers, red bull based drinks and a few food items. I don't tend to stray far from the classics, but when I saw a Turtle Latte, I had to jump on it. I went with a medium iced turtle latte and it was all the things I wanted it to be! Service was friendly, efficient and welcoming. The layout is drive thru, and it is mapped out well, no issues getting in or out. Overall, I dig Ellianos. Nice to learn of another drive thru franchised coffee shop. Looking forward to their expansion!

Plus, I was already a fan of the Bremen branch, now we don't need to cross i-20 for decent coffee after 6. Love the signature classic latte flavors, iced Milan mint mocha is subtly minty and awesomely chocolately! Other signature flavors are tad bit sweeter for the sweet tooths out there. The customer service was also lacking. The staff didn't greet me when I walked in or ask if I needed help. They seemed rushed from the start and didn't make me feel welcome. While making my smoothie, the employee worked so quickly it felt like she was trying to shoo me out the door. For the price, I expected much better quality and a friendlier atmosphere. Unfortunately, both the drink and the service missed the mark. I won't be coming back and can't recommend it unless things improve.
