I paid $69K out of $74K and was left with a condo full of serious defects. The workmanship is shocking: exposed electrical wires, leaking plumbing due to improper installation (no real P-trap), non-working outlets, crooked cabinets, and terrible drywall and paint throughout. Both granite floating bathroom countertops are sagging and look like they're about to fall, with a 1" gap at one end. Even worse, the TV wall mount was never secured to studs, causing my brand new 65" TV to crash to the floor and shatter to many pieces. There were also major red flags, including unlicensed workers and illegal dumping that resulted in a temporary ban from the property. The owner, Raymir Lopez, was completely unprofessional, refused to fix these issues unless paid in full upfront and refused to cooperate with inspections. I had to work directly with the town and his insurance company just to move forward. This was a costly, stressful nightmare. Do not hire this company.

No ETA was provided and the contractor never called me to discuss anything after our original meeting. Truthfully I have no problems if a company is not interested and would rather not take on a potential project. My problem with this particular contractor is their communication was sub par at best. If they were not interested they should have said this was the case and not have me follow up for several weeks after our meeting. Cannot really comment on value or quality as we never made it that far but providing a proposal in a timely manner with good communication is an important first step that never happened. Trying to be fair here but they really need to improve in this area.
