Chrysler dealership could not figure it out and almost ordered the wrong part. I couldn't take time off for my trip to let Rusty to give further testing at the time but later I found out his suspicion was pinpoint accurate. We found Cherokee Tire & Auto Shop just down the street from our hotel. My husband drove down first thing this am and they took it right in. They said that they'd seen this happen many times because the shield has to be removed for oil changes, so over time it gets loose. Took minutes for the mechanic to re-attach it- and the boss said "no charge!". He gave a tip to the mechanic and we were off. They were super friendly - and saved our trip! Highly recommend!
