They sent a tech named Kevin. Thank Goodness I called them because he fixed the problem in 10 minutes for more than half the savings of the quote from the prior tech! HIGHLY RECOMMEND the mobile tech Kevin here! Ask for him!!

My camper slides were worked on at Fallin's RV. While they were being worked on, the slides were…read moreleft partially open and uncovered. A large rain event occurred resulting in a lot of water being let in my camper. As a result, I am seeing significant damage to the cabinetry, fixtures, wall coverings, etc. Fallin's RV never told me about the event even up to paying for the repair work. They said they needed to pull the camper out due to the difficulty in maneuvering a camper through their lot. As this took a long time, I went back and saw a technician still working in the camper. I went to the camper door and the technician asked if I had been told about the water event. I said no and saw multiple fans running in my camper and dirt and filth all over the camper floor. It was clear Fallin's RV was trying to hide this from me with the hope I would leave with the camper to discover the water issue later. I talked with the owner (Nick DesJardins) who accepted blame and said he would see what he could do to repair or compensate me for the water damage. I found water damage on May 16th, 2025 at Fallin's RV. Since then, I have tried to contact the owner on his cell phone and business phone. The owner will not return my calls or messages. It is clear that Nick is not going to accept responsibility and be accountable for Fallin's RV's negligence resulting in water damage to my camper. The damage is extensive enough that my insurance company has totaled the camper. Fallin's RV states their labor rate is $105.00. What they do not tell you is that this is a labor rate per technician. So if your repair requires two technicians, they will charge you $210.00 labor rate. See attached invoice from Fallins to show my camper was at their shop from 5/1/2025 to 5/16/2025 and the double technician labor rate charges.

My husband and I recently visited this dealership with our grown son who, along with his wife, had…read morealready selected a used RV and secured financing. They simply wanted a second opinion--my husband has experience in this area and we both understand the importance of getting a major purchase like this independently inspected. Initially, we asked a sales representative about inspections. He quickly pitched us their own inspection... for an additional $2000. No details, no transparency--just an upsell. When we declined, he told us we could bring in our own inspector, which seemed fair. We left the dealership planning to do just that--and to move forward with the purchase after the inspection. Then, just a couple of hours later, the same sales rep called my son and abruptly reversed course. He told him, in no uncertain terms, that absolutely no outside inspection would be allowed. He claimed it was against dealership policy and there would be no exceptions. That was a huge red flag. Why deny a reasonable, independent inspection on a used RV--especially one being sold as-is? It left us feeling like there was something to hide. Buying an RV is a significant investment, and this lack of transparency and sudden change in policy completely eroded our trust. Unbeknownst to the dealership, my Husband and I are also interested in buying a new RV but will now look elsewhere. Needless to say, they did not move forward with the purchase. If you're considering buying here, I'd urge you to think twice and ask plenty of questions--especially before signing anything. A reputable dealership should have nothing to hide.

So the lady behind the counter said everyone was busy. Didn't have a clue how long we would have to wait. So we asked where used campers were and she directed us to the area but said they are locked up. Kinda crazy when you just want to look. We did however find a few that were unlocked. Looked at a couple of motor homes. No prices on anything , another thing I don't like. When we were finally done we started to leave when the lady inside said she had someone to show us now. He was nice and took us back up to the motorhomes we wanted to know about. Used ones they list if any issues. Just wanted to see what was available. There is a few other places I want or check prices at. The salesman was suppose to get back to us right away, he did finally text like over a week after being there. Prices have sure changed with campers and motorhomes. Still looking for now.

Took our trailer down there and they told us that there was water damage that needed repaired. We told them that we have never seen a drop of water in the camper since we have owned it. Tried to say that the speckling in the paneling was the sign of water damage in the area. The whole camper is speckled paneling. I told them if it was damaged they sold it to us like that. It is all about trying to swindle you out of as much money as they possibly can. They were supposed to put a new faucet in the bathroom, put a used kitchen pull out faucet in there. This Store is a Joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! I was an utter nightmare.
