A driving ban in Erie County forced me to look for a Christmas Day Beef Tenderloin in Olean, New York. This butcher shop came up right away in my yelp search........ and with such an intriguing name? Well, why not! I called ahead and Jared had my order ready when I walked in. The shop festures fresh seafood, nice cuts of beef and a whole array of seasonings, hot sauces, BBQ sauces, pickles, and a great looking Bloody Mary mix.
