He showed me mold and moisture in the house that the other 2 did not. Victor's crew was great to work with and completed the job just as he described it would be done. A couple of details came to light after the work was done but, Victor and Tim came back and resolved them. It was a large and lengthy job but they did it well. There is not a sign or smell of mold present in the entire house living area, basement, or garage.

They promised to restore power right away, but after a couple of weeks, we had to have someone else do it so we could start repairs. They never patched the whole in the roof, but they did finally put a tarp up. Granted it was too dangerous the first day, but there were many opportunities later. They were rarely available and work was delayed several times, presumably to take care of more important clients. They padded their bill and performed clearly unnecessary services after we decided not to use them to do the actual restoration work.
