Tavern is part of a complex and not visible from the street/highway but complex is visible. Parking in the back. Restrooms are in a separate building. Creative seating. Food is a separate vendor. Finally got to go check out Tree Haus off 46 and 281 N. Very cool place. Very chill, even on a hot day it was pleasant to sit on the swings. Yes swings. They have food trucks on the property. A playground. A dog area. All and all it was cool. Food looked good but didn't try it. Thought the beers were pricey till I saw they were 24oz which is fair. Would definitely go back and enjoy again. read more

Really liked the outside atmosphere where there is something for everyone. The kids loved playing on the playground and there is a fenced in area for dogs as well. They had lots of seating options. The food truck area has a few trucks and the food was okay, nothing exciting. A band was playing that night which was nice but right at 9:00 kids have to leave. read more

We came on our way to our cabin. We had the whole place to ourselves as they were just opening for the evening. I was able to explore every part of this venue and it is HUGE.The hang out areas are endless. There is shops I. The front food in the back and drinks in the middle.the often have live music on the weekends. I can't Waite to come back when it's in its true form. read more

The best spot to enjoy Sunday Football with great company! We came across this spot through Reddit and can guarantee we will be here every Sunday during NFL season. Two food trucks available, a pizza one and a taco one. Full bar with signature drink options as well. Dog friendly, dog park included! They have a park and had face painting and balloon character making available for kiddos. There's a small store, a coffee shop, a yoga studio. And a 21+ spot upstairs to chill. Service is 10/10! Ok, now why hasn't California come up with this concept? This place is GREAT! Fun things for kids and adults alike! They have a gated play area for the kids, a dog park to have your dog run around and a doggy kissing booth. They have swings at the tables and numerous food trucks for your food pleasure. The tree haus has its own bar and also an upstairs bar you can rent for private parties. Plus it has a room for the gals for bridal or a baby showers. And a room for the men for a cigar or poker night. This place has so much to do! They also have bands or singers play on stage on the weekends. Haven't been there during the week but I am assuming they play mostly on the weekends. This is such a great place to go! Bring the kids, bring the dogs, bring yourselves! Literally an oasis in the middle of the TX Hill Country! This spot has it all! Do yourself a favor and spend the day here. It is mainly outdoors. Kid and animal friendly. The main Tree Haus has a bar up and down stairs. The patios are lovely. Plenty of games for entertaining. They also have live music on occasion. A few steps over are the delicious food trucks. Serving burgers, tacos, hibachi, pizza and, of course, dessert. There's a mechanical bull on the premise, though I've never seen anyone brave enough to tackle it. Also a golf simulator that you can rent. There's a connected dog park and playground. The drinks are cold and fair priced. A wonderful spot to kick back and relax. read more

This place is spectacular to spend a good time with your family and even bring your pets. They have cold beers and a selection of cocktails. Also, It has several food trucks with an excellent service. Many games for both children and adults around the tavern and if you are a football fan, order your beer, sit there and enjoy your time. This might be my favorite place to go in the whole spring branch/canyon lake area! Always fun going on- good food trucks, great drinks, fun environment- sometimes live music and cool games going on. This place is SO CUTE! This was the perfect way to enjoy a Saturday morning/afternoon. The ambiance is absolutely perfect. There is a large outdoor downstairs seating area with a large variety of options from the bar. The seating options are so unique downstairs from the swing chairs to the adirondack chair seating. There are TVs surrounding the whole area playing every football game you could possibly want to watch. Upstairs the options are even more unique with a 21+ indoor lounge on each side of the building complete with neon signs, couches, comfy chairs and tables. I can truly say I've never seen anything like this place! There is truly something for everyone. In addition, there was a stage for performances. No one was playing when we were there, but we will definitely be back for some live music and good vibes. This place is a must try! read more

Super outdoor venue for football watching fun and dogs! Love the astro turf and Adirondack chairs. It has a indoor golf simulator too. Lounge vibe upstairs would be great for blind dating... men's wing with viewing windows open to women's wing kinda cool. I totally get it. Would be a great place for private parties for the holidays too. My only complaint was there was only 1 food truck open.... It was the Taco truck and it did jot disappoint!!!! Super Yum! read more

Love the ambiance and overall experience of this venue! They have great drinks and the setting can't be beat. I love the swings at the bar, the lawn chairs and the dance floor. The lawn games are also a plus and it's another great place to bring your dog, which is a huge perk for us. Live music, Texas sunsets, and yummy food trucks all for the weekend win! read more

Great family hangout. Even with it raining down toadfrogs the covered area by the food trucks was mostly dry on your head, feet not so much. It was fun though. The food trucks were all really good we sampled three. All good, we had to leave before the live entertainment.:-( read more

Been here a few times now and it's a cool place. The only issue we had was this past Sunday on Father's Day. It seems like the bar management lets the operators of the food trucks do whatever they want. A lot of the trucks weren't open for lunch. Those who were open had a lot of excuses like we don't have this or that. Or, "I'm the only one here right now, so it's going to be awhile." I wouldn't really recommend going to this place for lunch in the afternoon if you are hungry. The excuses you will get and the majority of the trucks being closed will definitely disappoint you. If I were the owner of the Tavern itself, i would insist on these trucks being fully staffed and operational if the Tavern itself is open. Response to the Owner: Thanks for your response. That's very reasonable. My only point was I think you would agree that the majority of people are going to patronize your business. In the times that we have gone, I've never eaten at Darlene's or visited any other business there. I think others like me would associate the food trucks being closed to your business since y'all bring in the majority of customers. It seems like you are aware of the issue anyway and I'm glad y'all are exploring better food options for the Tavern. Keep up the great work! Great atmosphere regardless. read more

What's not to love about this place? Friendly staff, great drinks, excellent selection of alcohol, tvs galore if you are looking for that, comfortable seating, excellent views of the hill country for sunset, a fenced kids area and dog area, oh and the food trucks! The Tree Haus Tavern is an open air bar that is well laid out, extremely comfortable and a great place to sit back and have a laugh with friends or enjoy the sunset. My only complaint is I never know when the food trucks are open are not, but there are enough of them there that one always is and they are a great addition to the Tree Haus. I look forward to spending a lot more time there! read more

Went on a Sunday with friends to watch a football game and wow was i surprised! They have like a dozen tv's and showed all the games. Cutest big swings too! I Had some awesome Pina coladas that were on their special menu. Food trucks were in the back. A friend had and ate all her meaty & tasty nachos & gave a thumbs up cause she couldn't talk. Fun new spot to hang out! We went with our 2 year old...although Sunday funday isn't always fun with a toddler there was a playground for him to run around and get some energy out! The music was good (there was live entertainment) and the drinks were on point! ( dad was DD) the food trucks were also plenty and we happened to go when they had a holiday market going on! It was a random chilly day so they had the heaters on that helped keep us plenty warm and of course football was on! Definitely plan to visit again with friends probably minus the toddler! read more

I've just started playing shows at Tree Haus Tavern and this is one of those venues that appeals to all ages, I always see families, couples and friends enjoying themselves. Playground for the kids, dog park, cute bar area, and a 21+ section. The tree houses are so cute and a little more quiet, but if you wanna enjoy the scene they've got a big ole stage outside for live music pretty much all weekend and a cute little dance floor. They are surrounded by quite a few food trucks, and I can confirm they are very delicious. I would normally give this place 5 stars for the food trucks, bar service and live music but for a while now it has turned into what feels like a day care parents can drink at with all the kids running around, even in the bar area. Amazing. Perfect combination. Fun environment for kids and adults. Food trucks, playground, very cool stage and so many yard games and sitting areas and it feels like you are in a tree house. This place is an amazing hidden gem!!!!! Perfect hangout with the family, friends, kiddos and fur babies. Was pleasantly surprised with the bonus shopping I got to do here (wallet wasn't such a fan). The foos truck options are vast. Loved the Mac and cheese sandwich we got Haven't been since I heard they put in a dog park but can't wait to be back to see what awesome new features they have. This quite literally might be the cutest place in town! The area is in a great spot and is super convenient. They have extra parking for all the different businesses. If you go, make sure you sit at the swings. There was a pretty good performer playing, very family friendly. Even has food trucks walking distance! Super cool!! read more

Established in 2021.

We opened October of 2021 and have continued to bring our community a great experience. The owners of Tree Haus have construction backgrounds and were fortunate enough to build the Tavern. The shipping container idea was something we have always wanted to build with so we decided to start here in Spring Branch, TX. We want to create a place where families can go out and enjoy the beautiful Texas hill country and not have to worry about there little ones getting bored or not having anything to do.

Wifey went with the Mushroom burger, which was also very tasty. Charlie, our Aussie, also gave us his approval and we promised him to bring him back again soon.

My friend said that was how her mama always did it. That will probably be how I always do it going forward. It was perfect. The whole plate, which included mashed potatoes with brown gravy and corn, was perfect. I also tried an Antlerita on the rocks. Believe me, it was the best margarita I have had in years. It was only something like four dollars at happy hour prices. I would have had another, had I not been driving. Others in our group had chicken fried steaks, fried catfish, and fried shrimp. I could see that all of the portions were large. I specifically asked how everyone liked their food. Not one negative response in the bunch. That always makes me happy as the organizer. The atmosphere here is pure Texas Country. It is beautifully rustic and felt like a very comfortable ranch lodge. I'm going to put it on the list for out of state guests in the future. Our server was a very young man. I tried to remember the name, but y'all no I have a mind like a sieve, as Daddy used to say. Anyway, he looked like he might have just graduated high school and gone straight to work here. He did a great job. I don't think there was one mistake on our order. Any my folks always make special requests that would annoy a veteran server. I'm going to mention the price here, because it simply blew me away. I had fried liver and onions, Texas toast, mashed potatoes with gravy, a margarita, and a sweet tea all for $16.00! I stopped for fast food the other day and paid more than that. This place is a hidden jewel. Give it a try!

We are locals and love supporting local business but this is one we won't be coming back to. The buns were not toasted and both burger buns were soggy and made the entire dining experience a less than memorable one.
