The server mentioned that the restaurant is a scratch kitchen, so we could add or take away as much as we wanted from the menu. They were able to honor my dairy-free dietary preferences! I ordered from the Culinaria Lunch Menu (Culinaria Salad, Stir Fried Noodle Bowl--added shrimp, and Lemon Sorbet) All pretty tasty, the salad was a little on the drier side and the shrimp was overcooked. I also wanted a drink that wasn't just water but no alcohol, the server suggested a Strawberry Virgin Mojito. It was refreshing! The restaurant looks like a nice place to catch the games and the booths were comfy! I'd love to check this place out again and hope that the service is a little quicker!
