I would like to give them five stars but can't. Elvis came out on Sunday to give me a quote, and it was a fair quote. The crew started the next morning. My two issues were #1 the crew were unable to cut a large branch because it was over my neighbor's Mercedes and the neighbor wasn't home to move the car. I totally understand but I paid full price for the work. #2 their equipment leaked fuel out on the street. Not a little bit- a large amount. I texted Elvis a picture the next day when I realized what happened (I saw the mess after they left and I looked at my camera footage to confirm it was his crew). I did not receive a response. So, I called him the following day after that. Elvis confirmed that they had problems with the equipment leaking fluid. I told him that he needed to clean it up. He said that he would come by, but I checked my cameras and he never did. The stain is still on the street. As for the other trees that were trimmed, the crew did a good job. read more

Just adding one more 5 star review to this honest, quality, and affordable tree service. I only wish i took photos! I'm so used to reviewing restaurants, i just didn't think. I had several bids and their's by far beat everyone in price for same service performance. I just went with them when i saw they have a perfect 5 star rating, and several of them! Co owner Bodie came out, showed me proof of full insurance coverage, including the needed workmen's comp box checked, took a look around at the work and hand me a bid. We had large branches to remove on our heritage black walnut tree, two 70+ 'foot tall redwood trees needed thinning of dead branches, after not being done in more than 10yrs, etc, and an entire buckeye tree was removed that was impeding on our historic carriage house, and was located on a neighbors property. I guess it's not fair to list exact pricing, but let's just say they beat out everybody! The whole team are young, smart, talented, quick, and clean it all up after, using chippers and a blower. I let him know ow that I needed a big tree removed from my yard and he immediately came out to give me a quote. I talked to him about my situation and asked if I could get an estimate. Elvis asked if I was available on the same day and what would be a good time for me. He arrived in 20 minutes. I started to talk about the job I needed. I had 2 very tall cypress trees that were in very bad shape (basically dying). He went over the project and the work details (the cost was very reasonable).
