What a freakin goldmine we stumbled upon. The treehouse hotel had literally everything I could ask for in a hotel. We were looking for a spot for our staycation that had plenty to do on site with the option to get as much bang for our bucks, this was definitely the spot! Located in Sunnyvale, lots of business around but not some place where you have a lot of foot traffic (if any). The treehouse vibe was really alive here, such cool decor and themed everything. There is valet for the hotel desk & plenty of staff around to ask any questions (we got lost upon entry). Mostly all the buildings are situated around the pool so there's quite easy access to anywhere you'd like to go. My favorite space in this hotel was "the playground"- think of it as a beer garden with outdoor games, live music, space for children to play but still not wild and crazy. It was amazing. All the cafes and restaurants close at different times so there is something to offer at any given time of the day. We chose the room with the reading nock and literally it was picture perfect! I cannot wait to come back, fully recommend this hotel as a getaway experience.

My buddy suggested this place for a beer and snacks. I did not know about it and wasn't pleasantly surprised. It was a warm day and great for a beer and pretzels outside. There is little trailer on the property that had a small selection. The pretzel was awesome. Just a quick one, but it was a good enough spot for me to want to go back. And now for the pics.

This place is a hidden gem amid all the concrete of Downtown Sunnyvale. Its about a mile and a half from Downtown Sunnyvale. The place is large and once you enter the parking area, it's a calm and quiet area. The buildings are spread out and the main building is all glass, lots of plants and shade. Very welcoming and beautiful. I felt refreshed. I only got to see one of the meeting rooms where the event I was attending was held but I peeked into the other rooms and they are spacious. There is plenty of parking even with a tour bus parked in the lot. Treehouse right off 101 on Matilda Ave. Before the start of the meeting, we were provided snacks and non-alcoholic drinks but those were of a great quality - Kashi bars, local chips etc. After the meeting, there was an open bar and servers with small bites. The choice of drinks was excellent, I particularly loved the champagne, they also has Prosecco and Sav Blanc along with many reds and beer. The bites were of excellent quality - mushroom bites, chicken rolls, mini tacos, brusheta etc. Dessert was chocolate mousse and bite size apple pies. Just based on these small bites, I can't wait to go back for the full course. I highly recommend the place!

Spent a night here and already I want to go back. I love that they are very family, including the furry kind, friendly. Checking is was easy and luckily our room was ready an hour early. My husband enjoyed the offerings at the beer garden. My toddler was a big fan of the pizza and the pickled veggies from the sausage plate. When we went thete was live music too. The pool was very nice. I definitely enjoyed the hot tub. There was plenty of seating areas around the grounds if you just wanted to relax. I can't believe its taken me this long to come check this place out.

OMG I'm loving this hotel ever since I reserved their fitness room via Classpass! The colorful cottage ambiance speaks to my character. Plus, it's located next to Google campus. I got lost on my way to check in as a first timer. A male staff member who I walked by, kindly guided me to the front desk which is located inside a glasshouse. Checking in was simple: I had to signed a physical waiver form, show my valid ID for the key card, and be guided to the gym from the front desk staff. I had the whole garage-style luxury gym to myself for an whole hour. They got Peloton bikes, yoga /pilates equipment, nice set of bars and weights like Equinox meets Planet Fitness. Too bad they don't have the booty machine, so I had to improvise with weights. After my workout, I got breakfast at the Backyard Cafe. The oatmeal was good, and the smoothie was too sweet for me. However, dining in was relaxing, and there's free wifi to work remotely. They close early at 2 pm. Overall, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I would love to book a staycation on my birthday or any special occasion to access their full amenities and brunch at Valley Goat.

This review is specifically for the dining areas at this location. There are three different spots to eat and hang out: Valley Goat restaurant, Backyard Café, and the Beer Garden. Each one has its own personality, and together they make the space feel lively and cozy. Valley Goat feels like the main dining experience, with a more polished restaurant atmosphere focused on Northern California seasonal ingredients and globally inspired flavors. The Backyard Café has a more relaxed, casual feel. The Beer Garden is a nice option for snacks, drinks, and a more laid-back outdoor vibe with live music. I liked that the dining options give you different moods depending on what you are looking for: a proper meal, a casual bite, or just beer and snacks in a social setting. The overall atmosphere is charming and comfortable, with cozy spaces that feel thoughtfully designed rather than generic. It is a nice place to come with friends, for a casual date, or even just to enjoy the outdoor area when the weather is good. Parking is valet only.

The manager (on 6/6/26) personally delivered this sign to our room. It was the sweetest surprise.

Are we really in Sunnyvale??? What a hidden gem! I can go on and on about this place. A coworker recommended this place so we decided to spend a night here to celebrate my son's 1st birthday --post big party and festivities. It was the perfect getaway for myself, husband, and son. Our intention was to wind down and that's exactly what we did. Upon arrival we were greeted with Rosè and an Italian soda. Check-in was seamless. I made some last minute requests and the staff were so accommodating & made it all happen. One of the managers came out herself to greet us and communicate what was available to us. I wish I got both of their names (this was on 6/26). Once we got settled in, we heard a knock on the door and to our surprise it was the manager. She brought in a cute happy birthday sign with balloons and a card for my son. It was the sweetest thing ever and such a pleasant surprise! Great way to welcome us for our stay. The hotel grounds were very well-kept. Rooms aren't super spacious but they are very clean and have such cute details to fit the hotel theme. They offer a huge gym with extensive and high-end gym machinery. The pool is heated and is open from 7am-10pm (this was the main reason we went, my son loves the water!). This is such a plus, since you can't always predict the weather. They have two food joints to eat at on site, one is a laid back cafe type of place and the other is a sit down restaurant. What also sold us was their beer garden, which had a ton of lawn space, seating areas, and great selection of beer. This was a great option to have for us after we got done with swimming and into our pajamas. Plus when you've had a long day swimming with a toddler, the last thing you want to do is sit at a restaurant. Our son enjoyed the beer garden as much as we did, fighting his bedtime sleepiness and all! I can't wait to come back to this place.

Gorgeous photos, rough reality. We booked expecting a secluded "treehouse" escape and got a stay next to active construction -- a massive apartment building going up practically on top of the property, never disclosed before booking. Valet-only parking, except staff admitted the lot next door isn't monitored and cars don't get towed -- so good luck if you skip valet. Check-in was the worst part: we watched another guest get a warm, personal greeting, then got a flat "can I see your ID" and nothing else. We also gave advance notice we had a dog for their advertised welcome package. Never got one, had to ask for everything piece by piece. Reached out to management directly with all of this. No response.

I came in and visited the super cute lobby. So much personality and the front desk gal was so nice to offer to take a picture of us. Nice merch offered and there is a puzzle table also... could not help taking a picture of that. Please come and create your own adventure.

Totally loved our staycation! Absolutely loved every detail that was put into this hotel. Even the hubby said to stay here every year during Christmas! Although it was raining, we managed to keep our booking. Once we got there, they had valet. The hotel is across Google. It had a couple restaurants that you can go to. The Valley Goat was crowded and definitely need to check them out next time. Their gym is amazing and so much room! The rooms are decorated with playful decor everywhere. Kind of like being in a treehouse with nostalgic feeling. The lobby has a buggy car decorated with grass and flowers. The kid in me was happy! Would definitely come back during the summer!

Came here for a couple nights staycation and was thoroughly impressed with not only the aesthetic, cleanliness, and amenities of this boutique hotel, but also the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were all upbeat and welcoming which contributed to such a positive experience here. Amenities: Jacuzzi Pool Cabana areas (can reserve) Breakfast cafe open 9am-2pm Beer garden Valley Goat restaurant Sizable gym with plenty of equipment Bikes available for riding (complimentary) Room service available til 9pm Our room came w a mini fridge We had a great time and would be back again!

This place is absolutely incredible! Every detail has been thoughtfully designed -- from the décor to the layout -- making it a charming and picture-perfect hotel. The staff couldn't be more welcoming, accommodating, and attentive. The property itself feels like a lush oasis, surrounded by greenery, fruit trees, herbs, and vibrant plants that bring the outdoors to life. Our room was too stinkin' cute!!! It felt like a cozy treehouse brought indoors, blending relaxation and sophistication perfectly. I will let the photos speak for themselves. We had brunch at Valley Goat, and I suggest making reservations early. The space is bright, full of plants and whimsical décor, creating such a cheerful atmosphere. The menu isn't extensive, but the food was good. The "greenhouse" lobby even features an adorable VW bug draped in greenery and flowers, and there are Tesla superchargers conveniently on site. It's a wonderful getaway for families -- furry friends included. And if you're celebrating something special, be sure to let them know; they will go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable and extraordinary!

Review #936 Posted on 9.21.25 We stated the night here on Saturday the 20th. This place is super unique & nice. It's right off of 237 in Santa Clara, minutes from Levi's Stadium. This place has this almost outdoor woods like theme, inside & out. The rooms are extremely detailed when you pay attention to them. Everything from the nightstand, to lights, to bedding, everything, it all blends into the treehouse/woods theme. The outdoor is the same, they've got tons of activities & things to do. Outdoor seating for the family, or work gatherings, you name it. The way everything seems close is also a cool feature, they make the grounds feel like anything you want to do is a mere steps away. They've also got a restaurant & a bar cart you can walk up to & order drinks from, the Bay Area famous Nate Dogg serving the cocktails. I would stay here again over & over. It's beyond perfect if you're going to an event at Levi's, stay and take the VTA.

The location is excellent, conveniently close to the airport, as well as Westfield Valley Fair, shops, and restaurants. We checked in on a Sunday evening and checked out the following morning. Check-in and out went smoothly, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a few buildings over, a short walk from the main building/lobby. Our room was a suite which featured a kitchenette, living area, a separate room with a king bed, and more. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the hotel since we left to get dinner after checking in, came back to sleep, then got up early the next morning. The hotel does not provide its own shuttle service, but they utilize a third-party taxi service. We took advantage of this service to get us to the airport. We had a good experience at Homewood Suites and we would definitely consider staying here again.

I was impressed before I even arrived because the check in process on the app let me select a room that I wanted while showing me where the icemakers and elevators were. Being able to avoid them was was much appreciated. The property felt fairly new to me. While my room was overall very nice, I really disliked one part of it. There was just one tiny table with one chair. I don't know how a couple would be expected to eat in here. Also, a computer desk like Residence Inn usually provides was desperately wanted. Having to juggle eating and work on this one tiny table was quite annoying. Otherwise, the room was quite solid. The refrigerator was a nice size and having a good deal of kitchen countertop space was nice. There even was a toaster! The exterior amenities were kind of so-so. The pool was extremely tiny. While there was a good deal of sitting space on an outdoor patio that had a barbecue, there was absolutely no shade, and I would think it would be miserable to sit out there during the day. The gym was small, but I was actually impressed with it. Any hotel that has dumbbells that go up to 75 pounds is definitely in the minority. They also had a Peloton bike or two and several treadmills along with a pullup station. I was quite impressed with the breakfast. Lots of choices and several freshly made dishes were always available. One thing I have to mention is the pricing. While this hotel is obviously not the only one that has prices that fluctuate depending on demand, the room rates varied drastically for the days that I stayed there. It wouldn't stop me from staying here again, but it is worth mentioning. Overall I was quite happy with my stay here.
