They are mainly a produce stand, but they make smoothies on the side. You can select up to 3 fruits blended to order. I usually get strawberry, papaya, and pineapple. They take the fruit, add a bit of sugar, ice, and that's it. No processed syrups, no dairy. I haven't been disappointed. And for $3 for a large, it's a great price compared to other smoothie places.
