Unfortunately I must rate this a 1 star. The reason I say unfortunately is because of who Ron employs. They are all great people. Ron however, is a narcissistic and vulgar owner. The work they did on our palm trees were fantastic, props to the workers. Unfortunately an additional tree was not up to the same standard as the palm. I requested them to trim it additionally and Ron immediately cussed me out, bragged about his other clients (who are actually quite easy to get ahold of), and then physically threatened me. While I do have receipts of the first two, the third I do not. I feel bad for the workers who have to deal with him day in day out, especially as for the most part they did fantastic work. Contacted Ron in May of 2022 to trim our African Sumac trees that have gotten quite overgrown and large. 2022 got away from me, and I realized, again, they are going to snap one day and it will be my fault. I contacted Ron again, on 1/22/23, apologizing for reaching out on a Sunday, but wanted to get this on their schedule as soon as we could and my work schedule is beyond chaotic. I received a reply on Sunday! I was thankful and he noted that he had an opening today, if I could do that? Sure! I provided pictures of my beautiful monsters and he replied with a quote which worked for me. The many, many reviews on here speak for themselves. I am beyond pleased with the reduction on these beauties and hope that pruning and cutting back, (which is highly suggested), will allow beautiful new growth this summer. Tree pro came out to remove a pine tree from our backyard. The guys discovered a baby bird nest in the tree during the removal. Had the owner Ron come out to bid on a relatively large housing job. It included trimming and topping 14 trees and removing and stump grinding 7 other trees. 10 of the trees were 30 year old African Sumacs that were 60 feet tall with a large canopy. Of the 4 bids, TreePro was the most reasonable for the work planned. I gave Ron the green light to start the job, and then, before work could start, the worst storm since 1985 hit. The 70 MPH winds uprooted a Sumac that came within feet of hitting the house, some of the tree trimmings turned into removals and stump grinding. Since the scope of the job had changed, I expect to get a change of the bid. However, when Ron came out to review the work with his crew, he pointed out additional items that he thought should be addressed. The owner added items while honoring the original bid, this rarely happens. He also stated if anything went wrong with roofing or sprinkler damage that he would take care of the problem, and he did.
