First time visit as we were craving some Brazilian BBQ in tri cities area. As a fan of Fogo de Chao in big cities all over, I was hoping for similar experience. Food quality was at par with my expectation and truly enjoyed the full dining experience. If there was one thing that separates this place from other similar places is that it's not as hectic and busy so we actually had more variety of meat cuts more frequently. This is a place I like to visit when I want a special treat. I love nibbling on a little bit of this and a little bit of that so the salads, stews, veggies and the candied bacon (oh my gosh - the bacon is amazing) is a nice start to dinner. We usually order the full meal and try different meats during our meal. I really enjoy the grilled pineapple that is served during the protein service. Some cuts of meat are superior to others and some have seasoning that I enjoy and others - not so much. But that is what is great about this restaurant, you can just say no to the meats that you don't want or cannot eat and get a double serving of what you do like. The beef rib (I believe it is a boneless short rib) is divine. The service is spectacular. The two servers who were working our table, Omar and Callie, were very friendly and informative. They both ensured that we had a nice experience for my birthday. I also heard occasional laughter from the kitchen which was nice. Calli is hands-down one of the best waitstaff -- she always has our favorites ready as soon as we get settled in, which makes the experience feel personal every time. The salad bar keeps getting better, with new additions that make it hard not to load up before the main event. And the Brazilian lemonade? My absolute favorite -- choosing a flavor is the hardest decision of the night. We also love that the meat rotations keep expanding. My sons took me out here for mother's day this year. It was the WORST EXPERIENCE. The service was some of the worst I have every experienced in my long life. We were seated outside and left to rot. It took FOREVER for our food to come and it was just OK. The waitress asked if we were done and never came back. We had to go FIND someone to pay the astronomical bill. I was so excited to order take out from this restaurant since food choices aren't great around Pasco. I ordered the Family meal (good for 1-2 people) after reading the description and fully expected to have leftovers. The restaurant was a bit hard to find (tucked away in the back of a strip mall) and once found, the restaurant was pretty deserted, maybe because I was there to pick up before 6:30p on a week night. When I opened my bag of food I was extremely disappointed with the portion size. For $40 - there was one regular 3-slot plastic container of food and one regular clam shell of Cesar salad. I got 2 sausages (ring finger size and length), 2 pieces of bacon wrapped chicken chunks (small bite size piece), and 2 pieces of "beef" that were the size of a large crouton. Then there's a small fist size of white rice and another small fist size of black beans with sausages - all very heavy seasoned with salt. Wow, just wow. For $40. I've had $20 meals with bigger portions. And the "beef" was overcooked and grisly - I couldn't even chew it. Not sure if I had given the piece of "meat" to my dog, she could chew it. For that price if I'm given 2 pieces of meat- it'd better be filet mignon or some tender juicy cut of beef. This type of overpriced food is simply unacceptable - a total scam. So do yourself a favor- don't bother going. Or dine in and if they give you child size portion advertised as family meal with meat that's not edible - you can at least send it back to the kitchen or talk to the manager. I had no way of expressing concerns since I did take out. Also, I specifically asked for utensils with my order which i didn't get any. All in all, this was a horrible experience. The restaurant is charming, with echoing images and artifacts of a Brazilian ranch. We met Callie, the head chef. I have been to Boiada several times, and the experience has always been great, but tonight they outdid themselves. We ordered "Rodizio Churrasco," which begins with the soup and salad bar and continues with a large assortment of grilled meats, each brought on a large skewer and carved at the table. My guests had never been to Boiada before and were amazed at both the quantity and the quality of the food; I think there must have been 14 or 15 different types of meat plus grilled pineapple (a big hit!). Our "meat server," Ruben, kept us well supplied and also had a nice sense of humor, which enriched the experience. Our "table server," Gwen, was also excellent. Besides being friendly, helpful, and attentive, she gave some great recommendations. For instance, we enjoyed Brazilian lemonade with mango and Brazilian coffee. Since we were celebrating a birthday, the restaurant also gave the choice of a free dessert -- in this case, chocolate lava cake with ice cream. To be honest, my husband and I didn't expect much from a Brazilian steakhouse in Kennewick, Washington. But we weren't just impressed with Boiada, we were blown away. On a cold, drizzly Wednesday night in March, we followed our GPS past the Costco and down a dark side street to the parking area behind the restaurant. A ramp led us across a little courtyard to the rear door. Inside was a small but elegant space with soft lighting, white tablecloths, a long bar at one end, and a large buffet in the center. Unlike some churrascurias we've been to, everything was spotlessly clean. The buffet had a wide variety of cold and hot dishes, salads, and fruit. My husband said the house-made blue cheese dressing was the best he'd ever tasted. I enjoyed the creamy chicken stroganoff. Omar, our waiter, was courteous and attentive. Callie, the chef who prepared and served the meats, asked us how we'd like our steaks cooked. The selections included lamb as well as chicken and beef. The highlight of the meat rotations was the filet mignon, moist and tender, with a rich dry-aged flavor. I can't promise you'd get such personal service on a busy weekend. But on a weeknight, when most other restaurants around here close at eight, we were very glad to discover Boiada. read more

Everything was amazing, got seated as soon as we walked through the door we genuinely couldn't have asked for any better service, I genuinely don't see what the negative reviews are all about, our server and host were both super attentive, It had been our first time trying this style of restaurant, our host Raphael was really helpful with how the food worked and gave us recommendations, he was constantly on top of helping with drinks and checking in on us amazing host over all would give him a 5 star rating on his own, the salad bar was great everything was stocking up and at good temperature, it all looked sooo good and tasted even better, next our server Kali was great aswell constantly bringing us fresh cuts of everything super attentive honestly she might possibly have over fed us lol, but the food was always hot and delicious, she was also great about explaining all the different meats and the cooking style. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. My husband and I got the Brazilian Barbecue and were able to enjoy a number of different meats including pork, a variety of steak cuts all seasoned to perfection, lamb, chicken, shrimp, and even some cinnamon grilled pineapple to aid in digestion (What we were told). The servers were on top of it with the meat cuts and were also kind and professional. To top it all off, the salad bar offered even more variety. I enjoyed a strawberry salad, broccoli soup, and the best bacon I have had! It's expensive, but now that I know my favorite meat, I would go back and get the lighter meal. What a wonderful place! The salad bar has everything! You will be more than satisfied even if that's all you go for. We opted for the full dining experience. The servers kept coming around with shrimp, and other hand carved tasty meats. The lamb melts in your mouth. But the rib eye was my favorite. They have tasty drinks and I ordered a mango flavored something and it was delicious! lol. The deserts all looked amazing but we couldn't imagine taking another bite of anything. And all of it was so delicious, melt in your mouth savory that it was quiet the first few minutes due to full mouths and happy sounds. I had the house wine which was a red blend and paired really well with the meat. And the cold bar had a great selection of pickled vegetables, cheese, salad, as well as some hot items like rice, mashed potatoes and soup. We all tried a wide array and found all of them delicious. Really disappointed in our experience. We were served very raw chicken as one of our first meats. It ruined our appetites and the manager took one of our meals off as compensation. As far as I know, this is the only Brazilian barbecue around TriCities and it def doesn't disappoint! The friendly people, quick attentive service, seating options, and wide variety of meat options makes this place a must if you're in the mood for lots of quality meat! A light dinner with your choice of meat (lamb, chicken, Picanha, or shrimp) will run you about $33-36, but you only get about 8-10 oz of meat. If you're hangry, go for the all you can eat Brazilian BBQ with rotating meats for $53. My personal top 3 favorites were the filet mignon, Picanha, and garlic beef. The ribs were good too, but it wasn't available and may not have been worth the 20 min wait. Everything else was fairly good, but those top 3 are straight fiya! Got a date to impress? Come here. I have been here 6-7 times and by far this trip has been the best. I would like to callout Omar and praise his service many times over. Omar is a wonderful individual and kind soul he took care of us from greeting till checkout. He is very nice makes you feel welcomed his service made us feel like the king and queen of the place. He should get a raise ASAP! his suggestion on the timed limited tomahawk steak was an excellent Idea and only through his selling point did I choose to order that. I can only hope he is working each time I visit that place! As far as the food goes its 10/10 although not cheap you pay for what you get and the quality is top notch!
