The gentleman had an obstructionist attitude, throwing obstacles in the way of my simple goal of seeing what bike size best fit me. I've never been treated so poorly by a business. After suffering this, I stopped everything. Canceled the test ride. Put down the tail bag purchase. I told the 2 employees what I saw happening and how I wasn't going to tolerate it. Walked out and wished them a great rest of the day. The attitude towards my business and myself was appalling. I ended up buying a bike elsewhere.

We followed her plan exactly and it felt like having a local cycling guide in our pocket.
