I decided to tint my passenger & driver side windows to match the rest of my SUV, so as I was passing this location, I gave them a call. Justin answered promptly, answered my questions and fit me into his schedule immediately. So, YES, I made a u-turn & he started right away. I was in & out within 45 minutes to my surprise. Even though it was 45 minutes, the quality of this service was excellent. The tint matched the rest of the windows. He gave me written & verbal instructions on how to care for the windows as they would need time to set & dry. He also informed me that they've been at that location for many years & there's a lifetime warranty. Now I could have shopped around to find a cheap spot for this but I'm glad I didn't. I'm a fan. Used their services 4 times and each time we left happy. Called ahead for an appointment and the staff was ready for me when I arrived. Took about an hour for 2 windows so I walked over to CVS and Target. The price quoted was the price I paid. No place to wait inside since it's basically a 1 car garage. I did find an old bench behind the store which was perfect for the windy warm day I had my windows tinted. No problems so far so we will keep coming back. read more

Excellent customer service .... Justin offered same day service for my needs! (BTW, this was for removal of a very dark tint film applied elsewhere. Your work may require other scheduling but I'm sure he will aim to please!) He values customers and recognizes it's harder to obtain new clients than it is to loose existing and operates under the principles that define that fact. One of his statements that impressed me was he and his father operate under the "Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you" principle. If we all treated each other with that respect, this would be a much better world. My kudos to his dad, who obviously taught him the right ways! If I could give this company zero stars, I would. We were told to bring my car there at 8:30am. Upon his arrival he told me his credit card machine was down and I had to pay to cash. (No big deal). Told us he would call us in about and hour and half to pick it up. About 2.5 hours later we called for an estimated time when it would be completed since we needed to take the vehicle to the dealer afterwards. Justin then was stuttered and said something about an issue and explained it would be another 30 minutes. No big deal. We go to pick up about 45-50 minutes later. My husband walked in and my suv was still not completed. We wanted the eyebrow and the two front windows. So we go next door and grab lunch. The bar tender actually let us know our car was ready about 45 minutes later (since he saw it in the driveway). We leave and go look at the vehicle. I have never seen such a crappy job. My car was bought 6 days ago and it now needs a full detail inside. Especially since Justin's scabbed and open wounded hand left blood all over my center gray console. My husband pointed it out "is that f*#king blood?" Justin replied with "it shouldn't be". However, he cleaned his blood and some of the drips on my doors. The eye brow tint had holes in the tint and Justin just kept saying "it needs to cure". Holes do not need curing. Both windows had many bubbles. Justin kept saying it needed to cure. Okay, so I won't talk about the bubbles. However, you can tell the windows weren't cleaned before the tint was placed. There were many visible streaks that would not come off. It honestly looked like a tint job from an amateur and not by a professional. My husband asked Justin to rip it all. Which was done. We then called Premier Tint and they were kind enough to fit us in and do the job properly. Moral of the story. Wait for the good companies to have availability. Not just a company that has an opening on your first day off. read more

Trek does a beautiful job on your windows. I dropped off my car right when they opened and was able to pick it up and make it in time to my 12:15 p.m. class last semester! I remember pulling up on Baltimore Pike and seeing my car and being so in love and impressed with the tint! All white car drivers: go get yourself some tint. It pains me to even write this. I always support local business and know these guys have been in business for awhile. My advice is to take your automobile to a different place unless you have A LOT of extra time on your hand. Ill walk you through my experience.... First, I call to get my front two windows on my new car tinted and speak to the owner who tells me about this $99 two window special. Great! I make the appt for the following week and drop off first thing in the morning. Receive a call from the owner around 2pm that my car will be done by 3pm. I show up at 4pm (via Uber ride) and notice the windows were not tinted? I walk in to see this kid working there who says "man im sooo sorry. I didnt realize i had to do that jeep". He tells me to come back the next morning and he will fit me in first thing in the morning and hook me up on price. So i show up early as requested and he tints it in about 20 minutes. When i go to pay, he quotes me the same discounted rate the owner quoted me. I remind him that he said he would provide me a discount for the inconvenience. His response, "ohhhh im sorry, i didnt realize that you were quoted that discounted rate already. Unfortunately, that is the best discount that we can provide." Haha Fine, whatever...i go on my way without arguing. Fast forward 2 weeks....I have Bubbles on BOTH sides (yes, i followed directions to a T)! So i call to have them fix it. Same kid says come in next week on Tuesday at 9:30am and i will fix it. I show up at 9:30 and wait till 10am and NO ONE shows up (they open at 9am). I leave message on their office line with no call back. I call the following day and the kid apologizes and says he got the days mixed up. So I schedule another appt for the following week at 9am to be sure i was the first appt. This time i call to confirm the appt the day before. I show up at 9am and hes already in the middle of doing another SUV. He questions if i have an appt and i remind him who i am and about the situation AND that we spoke yesterday when i confirmed my appt....his response (in a rude tone), "oh ok, Ill be right out to look at it. You know its very normal to have little bubbles & imperfections in tint. But ill check it out and if needed, will take care of both windows for free...But just an FYI, it will be a couple of hours." What?!?! Really?!?! Did he really just try to tell me bubbles are "normal" haha. Irritated because i scheduled this a week ago and made sure it was for the 1st appt of the day (I'm very busy like most of us & have a job to worry about), he clearly tried to squeeze someone in ahead of me without informing me that my appt would need to be pushed back. After about an hour and half, he finally fixes both windows. Two weeks later and guess what.....more bubbles/scratches in the tint!!!! Nowhere near as bad as the first time, but come on!!! Ive never had soooo much aggravation with trying to get my windows tinted before. I cant afford to take away more time from work to have them fix this AGAIN so decided to just take the hit and go to a different company. Unreal! read more

They do a top notch job , they do it quickly and they do it at a reasonable price. I've had 4 vehicles tinted here. I could easily go somewhere else and spend less money but i prefer to know that it's going to be done right the first time with zero problems. Just came home for the third time at this place I can't believe a place that got the best reviews and all these awards and I got treated like a moron. This young guy with tattoos treated me like I was an idiot and I didn't know what I was talking about I brought my car in like a month ago to get my front two windows done. Picked up my car had all the rules and directions told to me and I drove off. I noticed a piece of blue lint under the tint a couple of days later. My husband called they told him to bring the car in so they can look at it I brought it back a couple days later the same guy looked at it said he would have to redo the window so I made an appointment for the next week. Brought it back in waited like a half an hour he called I went back up to get my car. He told me the whole spiel don't roll your window down let it dry I'm like ok. So a day later I'm looking at the window he didn't replace the tint he jus lifted it up and removed the lint the mark was still there amongst the scratches he left the first time. It's been a month now I had my husband take it back again so he could look it over he says oh I'm gonna have to redo it the passenger side had all these white little spots on it to that never went away so he says make another appt and I'll redo them both. So I go up there today the same guy no less looks the car over again I just want it to be perfect he says no tint is ever perfect your always gonna have spots. Ok he's been doing this for 16 years he's says I'm like ok I've been getting Windows tinted for a while and I've never had spots on my Windows he says show me show me a Car that has no spot I'm like really????? I just had my 3rd car tinted by Trek. My father told me of them when I had my first car done in the 90s. My father had used them for several of his cars going back to the 80s. It's a little family business, the father did my first two cars and his son just tinted my new Charger. I was happy to see the same friendly atmosphere and quality I've come to expect over the years. There work has always been done exactly as they say, and they are very informative about the tint, the tint laws, and every other question I've had. I love the way my car looks! My father still has his Accord that was done well over 10 years ago and it still looks like new. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great tint job.
