The tinting was fine, but I have multiple cuts on one eyebrow from the threading and plucking (I've had my brows threaded for years and that's never happened before). My eyebrows were also uneven because I think she got scared after cutting my first eyebrow and went less thin. I would have addressed this in store, but the lighting was so bad I genuinely thought it looked okay (minus one cut I could see, which I laughed off because accidents happen). Was so disappointed when I got home and saw the damage (it was even uncomfortable to sleep on that side from how raw my skin was). Don't go here for threading, the lighting is bad (which I'm sure makes it hard for the people threading your eyebrows) and the chairs do not lean back (it was so uncomfortable and I've never had my eyebrows threaded at a place that doesn't have you lean back to give the threader a better look at your brows in the light without shadows).

About a month ago, I had a technician do my Brazilian wax, she was extremely unprofessional and didn't know what she was doing. I'm a nursing student and have friends who are licensed estheticians so I know the basics of proper hygiene when it comes to these services. This lady was double dipping the wax and switching between hard wax and soft wax. This is extremely unhygienic and poses a threat for an infection. Not only that, but she kept waxing over the same spots because she didn't properly prep the area and she burned and irritated my skin. She also didn't get all the hair in my bikini area. She body shamed me and told me it was my fault for having "a lot of hair" but isn't it your job as a wax specialist considering you offer WAX services? I'm confused? During the wax appointment she had another girl stand in the room with me and made me extremely uncomfortable, didn't even ask for permission or my consent. I reached out to the owner and she basically mentioned I can come back for a free wax. I came in today to request that free wax that the owner and she called me a liar. She never told me I needed to come back in 3-7 days considering I explained the situation, but how can I come back so soon when your technician left me with irritated skin from waxing over the same area more than twice? She yelled at me to get out of her salon today because I came in for a service that she mentioned I would be able to received due to the unprofessionalism from her technician. I'm extremely disappointed in your customer service and how RUDE the owner was. I DO NOT recommend this place, it's cheap for a reason so thank you for your horrible etiquette. You need to clean your salon too, it's disgusting and your attitude is disgusting
