Horrible experience!!! I used to be a regular, always loved how my eyebrows came out. Owner is snarky and will tell her clients to purposely leave good reviews so BEWARE. About a month ago, I had a technician do my Brazilian wax, she was extremely unprofessional and didn't know what she was doing. I'm a nursing student and have friends who are licensed estheticians so I know the basics of proper hygiene when it comes to these services. This lady was double dipping the wax and switching between hard wax and soft wax. This is extremely unhygienic and poses a threat for an infection. Not only that, but she kept waxing over the same spots because she didn't properly prep the area and she burned and irritated my skin. She also didn't get all the hair in my bikini area. She body shamed me and told me it was my fault for having "a lot of hair" but isn't it your job as a wax specialist considering you offer WAX services? I'm confused? During the wax appointment she had another girl stand in the room with me and made me extremely uncomfortable, didn't even ask for permission or my consent. I reached out to the owner and she basically mentioned I can come back for a free wax. I came in today to request that free wax that the owner and she called me a liar. She never told me I needed to come back in 3-7 days considering I explained the situation, but how can I come back so soon when your technician left me with irritated skin from waxing over the same area more than twice? She yelled at me to get out of her salon today because I came in for a service that she mentioned I would be able to received due to the unprofessionalism from her technician. I'm extremely disappointed in your customer service and how RUDE the owner was. I DO NOT recommend this place, it's cheap for a reason so thank you for your horrible etiquette. I came across Brows Threading on a chilly day and I was feeling a little lazy. I was happy that I stopped in because I am always cautious when it comes to trying out a new brow tech. I am the person that brings in photos of my past favorite brows because I have been to many places that have destroyed my brows. But the woman I encountered made me feel comfortable and I knew I could trust her with my brows. At first when I look at my brows I thought they were too thin but I started to quickly fall in love with my brows. I realized that my old place did not do much to my brows that made them stand out enough to get compliments from people around me. After one day of having my brows threaded for one day I was getting compliments left and right. This is going to be my primary brow threading place. I cannot wait for it to be a little warmer so I can leave my apartment and get my brows done! I've been going here a while and they do a really good job with eyebrow threading but recently the way they do lash extensions is messy. The lashes will probably last a week or two if you take care of them but are really prone to falling off within a couple of days if you aren't careful. read more

My co-worker recommended me this place and I have to say it was a great choice. I am not very good when it comes to dealing with pain even if it's such a small thing as eyebrow threading which I told the lady right away. She smiled and told me that I will be ok. I was asked what exactly I would like to do with my eyebrows. Well, my engagement party was few days away so I wanted my eyebrows to look perfect, which she did in only 10 min with minimum amount of pain! When I looked in the mirror I was very happy with the result. In order to minimize my pain and to upkeep my look, I was suggested to come every 2-3 weeks and trust me I am planning on that. I cannot believe I hadn't noticed this Salon before!!! I lived right around the corner and missed a huge opportunity to look great and save time and money. Sandy was so chill and friendly. She made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in the door, and the pricing was much more affordable than another salon I had used for threading for the past several years. I'm excited to have this new relationship with Brows Threading Salon and not to be at the mercy of a technician that always calls everyone Honey or Girl, because she is too lazy to actually remember their name....even if they've been coming to her for several years; and who only comes in when she 'feels' like it with 4 afternoon hours only. Hidden gem. This lady knows how to thread. I have thicker hair so sometimes less experienced techs don't yank out the hair from the root but instead break it off at the surface- which can cause issues. Other folks work so aggressively with the heavy duty thread that it feels more like a painful micro Derm abrasion. This was excellent. While the shape isn't quite perfect it's still really good. Cash tips only but they otherwise accept cards with a $1 fee. Totally worth it- I will def be back. read more

The lady Ms Jedna was nice we agreed I payed 25$ to get my eyebrows and eyelash extensions done I really liked the tinting she had done to her brows !!! Mind you I'm looking at the advertising that they have for eyelashes and tinting and eyebrows and extensions. I've drove pass this location several of times and said I want to go in . While sitting there waiting to get my eyelashes done Ms Jedna gets a call from a man and he's screaming at her in a different language. I live right across the street from this place, but it wasn't showing up on Google Maps. I'm really happy I stopped by. I had never had my brows threaded before, so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. The woman who helped me was very pleasant, and did a terrific job. First impression of this place is that it was very clean. I just saw it walking by and decided to stop in. The lady was very quick and skilled, I told her how I wanted my brows and it took her less than 10 mins on me! My brows looked great. It was quick and easy, depending on the time of day you might have to wait but she takes about 10 mins on a person so not that bad! Definitely coming back! I wouldn't get lash extension here tho. On a whim I drove past this place and decided to check it out. I arrived at 10 AM when they first opened. She was done 10 minutes later. Granted I didn't have much to clean up. I was planning on getting my eyebrows done elsewhere this weekend, but passed by this place on my lunch break and was grabbed by the sidewalk board advertising $10 threading, decided to give it a try. My eyebrows look great! The person who I saw was nice, gentle, and thoughtful; she asked me if I preferred a thicker or thinner style, also gave some helpful recommendations on how to think about growing in spots that I've overplucked (coconut oil!). Okay so I went in here just to get my brows done and the lady suggested I get my brows and lashes tinted. Let me tell you, when I saw myself in the mirror I thought I looked extra. Turns out once I got home and took a shower it looked a lot better and less toned down.
