Worked fairly quickly too and quietly, I work from home and didn't even notice they were working on the house! We hired them to repaint the house as HOA notices came through, so we stuck with the same color and they were able to find the exact match, pressure washed, dry walled necessary areas, and home looks good as new. Fantastic work, great price, done on time and as promised. They go above expectations by painting/covering all the little details they should, down to things like cable boxes, gas meters, and the like. Hands down did an amazing job on the exterior of our house. We have a two story home that needed some serious stucco repair along with the paint and it came out perfect. We interviewed several painting companies when the one we'd lined up backed out. We needed someone who could start right away due to needing to unexpectedly sell our home. Arlo was the only one who was willing to meet our timeframe and also provided the most competitive quote. Trend was hired by us to paint our great room cottage white and to repair drywall in several rooms. One of the rooms he repaired the drywall was painted a green tinted white. He insisted this was cottage white and that he was going to use the piece of drywall as a sample to buy the paint for the family room. The colors were close but I was concerned that in certain lights the green tint would be obvious. I told him to absolutely NOT do that because I knew it had a green tint that I did not want for my family room. Well, after he finished painting it became clear that indeed, in certain lights, it has a green cast. I am so sick of contractors who accept thousands of dollars to do a job to YOUR satisfaction, but insist on doing what they want, usually involving cutting corners. My wife and I hired Trend to paint the entire interior of our house and garage. Ceilings, walls, baseboards, vents, trim and doors. Arlo, the owner, and his crew did an excellent job. We had just closed on a new house and wanted to get the job done ASAP so we could move in. He gave us a quote and said he would have his people start the next day, which was a Sunday. Arlo walked my wife through the color selection process by painting multiple choices on the wall in our front room. Immediately following this they started prepping the house. Arlo made it clear that he had a few other jobs running but that he would be by regularly to check on the progress of his team. The guys he had doing the job were very professional, kept our property very clean and showed up right on time every day. Arlo also kept his word about making personal check-ins, made sure everything was running smoothly and on schedule. He even pitched in to help his team when needed. The owner was really cool guy but his brother who was around the most was really rude to my wife and son. Found cigarette butts on the roof where he was painting the second story. Had to pay half up front before the job even started, and the dates kept getting pushed back. Cracked some roof tiles while walking on the roof to paint the second story and seemed to go in one direction while painting the stucco so in spots it is very noticeable, especially along the back wall where it appears to be rushed. Said he would come back and touch up when he collected the other half of payment, but never came back to touch up. Messages were never returned. Pricing was good, but quality might come with that pricing. read more

I don't post reviews often unless I am really impressed or dissatisfied. In this case, I am extremely satisfied. Our HOA sent notices to many of the home owners in our neighborhood to paint their houses due to age and fading. In talking with our neighbors, they referred Trend. I spoke with two other contractors and Trend had the best price and I was comfortable with the process that they walked me through. They paid close attention to detail and put effort into things that will make a difference. I watched many of the other contractors working in the neighborhood and they didn't do sever things that Trend took the time to do. Things such as: hand paint the wood trim and shutters ( they soaked up a ton of paint compared to spraying), raked away landscaping from house to paint the foundation, masked the roof tiles to prevent overspray ( many of the other houses have overspray on their roof tiles), scraped peeling drywall tape and fixed patio Sheetrock issues ( free and included in price), and used quality paint.
