I had booked Trend Moving based on their 5 star online ratings, and thank God I did because they saved my moving day!! The 3 guys that came to move my home were right on time and worked hard all the way through, no breaks, even when I offered them water! Not knowing that Trend Moving had it's own storage facility, I had booked a storage space at "Right Space Storage" on Northeastern Blvd in Nashua....I will be writing their HORRIBLE review after I finish this one!! I arrived and started the process at the reception desk, with Trend Movers following shortly after. The guy that helped me was extremely slow but also rude: he answered the phone and helped another customer in the middle of helping me, knowing I had a time constraint (my house was closing the next day and I had to clean). When I first arrived, the guy asked me which moving company I was using, apparently Right Space and College Bound Movers are the same company. He told me to have my moving truck pull into the loading dock where another truck was currently parked, once they pulled away. He then sent someone to move that truck but they came back stating the "battery was dead." Supposedly they were going to jump it. Behind the checkin desk, there was a large screen with live video feed of the multiple security cameras placed around the building. I watched as 2 guys went outside with a machine to jump the truck but instead of doing so, they walked around and milled about for a solid 5 minutes before I asked the guy behind the desk what the hell they were doing. At this point, one of the Trend Moving guys called me from the truck and asked what was going on. I'm pretty sure he could sense my frustration as told him and he offered their storage space, telling me he would call their office immediately and find out if they could just head to their facility with the truck instead. I agreed to find out what the availability/cost was, and he immediately called me back. He asked that I step outside to speak to him (which btw was extremely professional), which was when I discovered that the Right Space Storage at this particular location had done this to Trend Moving 4 times previously. Because the Storage facility knows that Trend Moving has 5 star reviews and charges by the hour, they stage this "dead battery" truck, thereby forcing the moving company bill to increase by the minute and hope that the customer writes a poor review about their competition. My mind was blown. Trend Moving Company knew I was stressing hard about the time and offered to store my belongings at their facility while allowing me to sign everything there on the spot so I could go back to the house and finish. I immediately agreed and couldn't be happier that I did so. It was the most seamless, stress free process!!! I cannot say enough awesome things about this company, especially the customer service I received on the phone from Carla and Rob! I definitely will be using their services again to move my storage things into my new construction home in September! Thank you so much for saving the day guys!!!! read more

First I'd like to start that I was under a very restricted schedule. My father had fallen ill and weak from recent surgeries and was needing to be moved to a community that could provide care and supervision around the clock for him. I called TREND and they were able to have a review of my Dads home and a crew there to assist within that same week. DeVante, Joe, and Freddy came to pack the house early in the morning and we're extremely compassionate and respectful to my Father and made the entire process comfortable. They took extreme caution with my Dads belongings and were able to have everything packed up and loaded into the truck within a few hours. When we rolled out to the new address they had beat us there and were already prepping the truck for off-loading. These guys did not mess around at all. It was a pleasure to have had these guys help my Father and I during these awkward times. Another plus was that we are all die hard Bruins fans and we enjoyed the the game while we worked. Such great guys and should I ever need their services again, I'll be sure to call TREND. Thanks so much DeVante, Joe, and Freddy for making my Pops feel independent and in control. 8/13/21 I very higly recommend TREND for all your moving needs. I have NEVER used movers in the past because I grew up in a household where getting everything done yourself was just how it was and every move I have made I have done myself and/or with immediate family and/or friends. My husband is a Police Officer and I am a Hair Stylist. Our bodies hurt and we aren't in our 20's anymore so for this move we decided to look into hiring movers. To keep it short & sweet, these guys were so fast, efficient, kind and respectful. They unloaded a fully packed 20'x8' pod in just over 1 hour. The part that I think blew my mind most was that we couldn't get the pod gate open because when it was relocated to the property a dresser shifted and jammed the gate shut. These guys could have walked away and said, "sorry but if it doesn't open then we can't help." Instead they strong-armed between the 3 of them and my hurt hubby and got it open. It had to have been 100° out with humidity at a million and there was zero shade for these guys. I did offer something to drink but they came prepared. We had a very difficult, and logistically complex move. Rob and his crew from Trend Moving were more than up to the task and did everything possible to make the move go as smoothly as possible. This company takes "customer service" to a new level. When the crew arrived at our house they even took the trouble to shovel out 2+ feet of snow that had fallen overnight. Their friendly attitude, "can-do" attitude, team-work approach to the job simply blew me away. Frankly, I have never seen anything like it. They even brought in extra crew members to assist at no extra charge. Rob (one of the owners) and a senior manager came out to the moving site over several days to make sure everything was going smoothly and that the customer (me) was satisfied. Well, I am more than satisfied. This is by far the finest, most professional, hardest working set of movers I have every come across. My only hope is that they will expand to nationwide shipping over the next several years for a planned move I have to the West Coast in about 5 years. Rob, thanks for your concern and all your help. I have used professional movers 6 times in my travels and can't say enough good things about the elevated experience my family received using Trend Moving. Firstly, they are very responsive and communicate well with reminders and logistics. Secondly, by using a large staff (6 packers on day 1, 6 movers on day 2), the move goes very efficiently and didn't extend into the night hours or another day like some of my other experiences. Thirdly, the customer service. Not that I require it, but it is nice to hear "Yes, sir. No, sir" and never once an eye roll for when we asked to change some plans. The gentlemen they sent seemed genuinely happy to be doing their work, got along great with one another, and worked as one well-oiled machine. Yes, they don't give a flat rate. Their model is to charge for every hour that they work. This gave us a little trepidation since it could be a bottomless pit and we didn't want to ask the gents to speed up their work or take less breaks to save us money. It wasn't a problem. Not only did they stagger their breaks, we frequently saw all of the members hustling and even running back to the truck! All in all, this is the only company I would recommend in the area. TREND MOVING AND STORAGE IN NH AND FLA..... Mr. Vincente Zenni, I just heard from my wife that you LIED to my son telling him that it took longer to pack to the truck because I was telling them how to pack. That is a BLATANT LIE, as all I told them was I wanted the wooden art crates to be laid down horizontally not vertically so the art would not be ruined or damaged. That was also told to the first crew chief who picked up the art. You can ask those that were loading the truth of what I said and apologize to my son. I went to Trend Storage and Moving company to find they DID NOT listen to me and the artwork in the crates were all standing up thus damage to the art would be a given. Vinnie who is in charge of the facility in NH. He did not apologize for not following the directions I gave all concerned and then LIED to my son who picked up my artwork. I would strongly recommend apologizing to my son for lying which he did not do, thus I am contacting the owners of the company to inform them of this situation. I am so grateful for this company and the role they played in my recent move! I was immediately impressed with the positive demeanor and professionalism from the gentlemen that arrived at my home exactly when I expected them. They were so efficient and careful with each item - from small clothing boxes to my paddle board - and helped me feel so at ease for what I thought would be such a stressful day. They even helped me realize (and laugh at myself) that it made no sense to stuff my own car with boxes and random items when there was a whole moving truck and two professionals there to literally do that for me. Driving to my new place with an empty car and knowing the guys had everything under control was seriously AMAZING. We were moving interstate and downsizing at the same time, so a lot of our possessions were to be sold between the time of our estimate and the actual move. It must have been a nightmare for Rob to keep up with our many last minute changes, but he managed to handle our many changes cheerfully and without a hitch. The crew arrived on time and completed the packing operation earlier than expected. We were scheduled to pass papers on the new house three days later, at 11AM. The crew arrived ready to go at 10:30 and waited until we got the keys. The move started right away when the keys arrived early at 10:45 and was finished by nightfall. No breakage!!! I could not be happier with Trend Moving and with Rob in particular. Fred is an amazing packer. I doubt a chipmunk could have found his way from one end of the loaded truck to the other. I called three other movers and never got a call back. I am a Realtor and Trend Movers were referred to me by a client and I have to say thankfully the other movers did not call me back. I had originally scheduled them for Wednesday, and called Monday to see if we could move the date to Thursday and without hesitation they said no problem. In all my years of Real Estate I have never heard a mover be so easy to work with when changing the schedule. These men showed up on time, never stopped moving, were polite and respectful. Our move with Trend Moving from Pelham, NH to Old Orchard, ME was a mixed experience--and unfortunately, the negatives far outweighed the positives. The crew in Pelham did a great job packing and handling our belongings with care. However, the crew that handled the delivery in Old Orchard was careless and unprofessional. The truck was packed poorly, which led to several pieces of furniture being broken or scratched. We also found markings on the walls of our new home. I reached out to Vincent, the sales rep I had worked with, to report the damage and express our concerns, but I never received a response. Instead of having to unload the burden and inconvenience of having my friends help me move my lady into my house, I decided to try a moving company this time and let me just say... I found Trend on Yelp, and I am so glad I did! My move was so much easier than I thought it would be. The scheduling was easy, the office confirmed with me, the movers showed up exactly when they said they would and texted me when they were on their way. And the guys were awesome! They were friendly, thorough, and total professionals. Took extra care of some of the items, and everything ended up going exactly where we wanted. Had us moved into a 2,200 sq ft home in six hours, including the commute. Afterwards, I got another call from the office to make sure we were happy with the service. The crew was 100% professional. My mother is a very nitpicky person and was apprehensive about how her things would be handled during her move. Freddie was a fantastic team leader in assuring her that everything would go smoothly prior to moving day. He was excellent in communication and very thorough. Moving day arrived, Freddie, Kyle and John moved efficiently and finished the job quickly. My mother was pleased. Which is a feat in itself. By far the best moving company I've ever used. They wrapped everything & obviously secured it all in the trucks. (The last company showed up with several broken pieces. Not Trend! Not one!!! And anyone whose moved as much as I have knows accidents happen.) Great bunch of guys too. They were all very personable & kind. I have never seen a team hustle so much, especially for a team working by the hour. They came, wanted to work, and made our move as stress free as possible. They took a few minutes to evaluate the move and we agreed to call in a second truck and additional team members to make sure we met our timeline. The price was reasonable but very much worth it since the guys were working so hard and never let up through the whole day.
