Overall build out of the shop inside is clean, and well done. He has merchandise from several other local businesses, which I really enjoy. Supporting small business in the big city of Houston is key! Everyone seems to know everyone very well, so the conversation and service makes you feel like a regular, even if you're not one YET! Eric is a top notch barber as well. I've scheduled several last minute appointments, and he always comes through with availability. Eric, the owner seems emotional and while I understand that he's a republican, doesn't believe in masks and loves to voice his opinions about all that; I might agree with him on some topics but, I don't agree with outright rudeness and using your chair to express your anger towards a customer. Everyone else there seems so nice and pleasant. It's surprising he's able to get these nice people working there while he's really not being all that professional at all. It almost seems like you either agree with him or go to hell at his business and deal with it because he owns it. A gem within the heights, I have been going to trend setter for more than a couple of years and have never been disappointed with any of my haircuts. The staff is awesome and always readily available ,hardly a wait and if so you're looking at maybe less than 30 minutes or less. This is a greatest place to get a haircut. I always get my haircut by the owner of the place (Eric) am never disappointed. The other barbers are amazing as well (TJ, Hector,.David) I never hear any complaints about them at all. I have seen some of the design they come up with alsome(.awesome!!!) Best hair cut of my life! So to be honest this was my first time going to a real barber shop and I'm so happy I did. Great barbershop I've been getting my haircut by Eric since I was in middle school and he has never disappointed. Very timely and stays true to his appointments. All the other barbers looks like they do a great job also. Never seen an unhappy customer walk out of this shop.
