I worked with Robby and Scott who were communicative, accommodating and I felt like they really took the time to actually talk to me about my car. My repair was expensive- and I am hoping the problem is fixed (I'll know after a few days/weeks), but I would say that overall, the customer service was exceptional. Despite this place being an hour away, I think this is where I will be servicing my car for the time being. My in laws and partner have also bought cars here and worked with Tom. He was not pushy or slimy AT ALL and did not seem like a typical sales person. It also seems like the employees stick around for 10 plus years which also says something. So for now, this is where I will be going to get my car fixed and will probably buy my next car from them when the time comes. It was certainly a costly repair, but as of now, I feel confident I gave my business to the right shop.

I take by new car to Honda and Robbie the first guy I met there, took really good care of me. They handle all by Oil, Filter, nitrogen, and non warranty work. And after my warranty expires I will discuss with the store how they can take care of my car. These guys are awesome. The Sales side treats me with respect as though I purchased my car there. I cannot say enough good about Sharp Honda. I even put one of their License Tag holders on my car....wait, they even put that on for me. Sharp is a great way to describe the facility.

Got the car back and I noticed the floor mat was missing. I told the service guy and he was rude about it. He told me he would order one, which seems to indicate I have to pay for their mistake. I hadn't even left the lot when the check engine light came back on. That's frustrating when they charge for troubleshooting and running codes. As it is summer, I was surprised they never mentioned anything about the air filter. I went to change it myself and there's a literal rat nest in the box, turds and all. The multi-point inspection is apparently a joke. Between the poor service and rude employee, I'm never returning here.

When I expressed my frustration they tried to placate me with a STUFFED TEDDY BEAR!!! Are you freaking kidding me??? A TEDDY BEAR??? This might've made sense if I'd walked in with a child, but I didn't! Nope, the teddy bear was meant for ME, adult! An adult with boobs. I'm 100% sure this never would've happened if I was a man. This was a number of years ago so hopefully they've changed the way they do business with people, including women. It's like we're people who make up 50% of the population...people who can make our own money and buy expensive things like cars with it. This woman has never owned a Chevy after that experience with Ed Bozarth. And of the 6 cars I've had in my life, that Cavalier was the worst POS I ever owned. *Side note--one day I was rear-ended by someone in a Ford pickup.
