We had decided to not sew it back on because we thought it would look ok without it. Sue told us she would hold onto the trim just in case we didn't like the way it looked without it. When we went back to try the dress on and pick up, Sue had sewn the horsehair back onto the dress because she didn't think it looked good without it. The dress turned out beautifully! I am so grateful to Sue for doing such a great job and genuinely caring that the dress looked perfect, even knowing that she had already priced out the job for me and how much extra time went into it!! We will definitely be back for any alterations my family and I may need!!

I was very hesitant to trust Han's Frankfort Cleaners some clothing peaces but I am glad I did. First of all Their service is fast and everything is ready in time. They listen to you and inspect clothes in front of you before cleaning, ask questions. Many places promise to clean, remove stains but upon arrival they apologize that the stains never came off and charge anyway. Well at this place they do remove tough stains even from white shirts or dresses. The clothes always pressed well and crisp. The reason I gave four stars instead of five is that I needed to do some repair on the dress and when I came to pick up the dress the stitches were not even and quite noticeable to me. However, it was a black dress and really no one besides me would notice any stitches but still It bothers me that so difficult to find professionals whom you can trust completely. I put my dress on for the event and realized they cut out the wiring in my dress and broke the clasp. I did not need alterations of any kind to this dress. I only paid for dry cleaning. I have no idea what compelled them to cut into and destroy my dress but they did, and when I called I was told by them that "this is not my problem" and I told them I would be coming in to get it fixed and to get my money back and they said "okay byeeeee" EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and could not admit their mistake. Instead, they blamed me and told me I did this to my own dress. We brought it back to them and their "fixing" it did absolutely nothing and looks horrible. The dress is unwearable now, as it falls down. $250 dress completely destroyed by these people and I couldn't even get my money back from them.
