We found the customer service to be exceptional, even though we were clearly only buying one piece of wood, and not a very large piece at that, so not a big sale. Regardless, Chevy helped us select an appropriate piece of wood, cut it down to the perfect size to show off it's distinctive features, and even ran it through the sander for us, which we would not have even thought to ask for. It was a very pleasant experience and we got exactly what we needed. I would definitely go back for other wood projects.

I am a former cabinetmaker and a woodworking hobbyist now. I called today to inquire about 5/4 lumber and I have never been treated this rudely at Anderson. He acted like I was a complete idiot and did not know what I was talking about, tone of voice was almost threatening, like I was asking stupid questions about the availability of 5/4 inch wood in different softwood species. This used to be my go-to lumberyard, I'll find another one now.

The shop is well laid out with clear signs on where everything is. They have the biggest selection of router bits I've ever seen along with a vast selection of lumber. Tons of jigs and tools to choose from along with a well laid out section of stains. The staff is very friendly and everywhere you look. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and God bless all of you! Our counters are beautiful and so much better than we imagined them to be. We went to 3 fabricators prior to going to Tampa Bay Marble and Granite. We spent a lot of time in the process with those 3 fabricators, and none of them called us back after the fact.  I figured that the companies are too busy due to the recent hurricanes.  When we went to Tampa Bay Marble and Granite, we felt like we were their only customer with the time that they spent with us and the constant connection they maintained with us. Upon our first contact with Raphael, we were so relaxed and became confident that this process will be so much better than the other three.  He was so kind and upbeat.  With the help of Marcella, we actually decided on an even more beautiful counter that we initially thought would be out of our price range.  Every stop along the way, each person we met through the process was kind and patient with us.  The focus on detail and making sure it was everything we loved was as if they were making counters for themselves. When we went to view the layout prior to actual fabrication, we were all laughing together.  A nice memory for us. Such wonderful people.  Initially, we thought we would have to have a seam due to the length of the bar area; however, Marcella found a better way to lay it all out so there would not be a seam there.  It was an enjoyable experience.  We told our contractor to recommend you first if he needed to find a fabricator for customers.  He was impressed with the results of the counter also, and I was glad he got to meet Marcelo.
