I found the fall festival to be really cute and great for photo ops. I really enjoyed each of the different sections of the farm. Decided to get on the monster truck before leaving (9/10); it was my first time riding in/on one and it was pretty fun. To ride was $10 per person. All of the staff members were friendly and made light conversation. I can def see myself returning especially since they also have a Christmas tree farm and a restaurant on site. I picked the order up myself to save the delivery cost, and the staff at the greenhouse was super nice, and loaded everything into my vehicle for me. Loss Prevention knows how bad it is their words were " we know about the danger in the area it is our only store in Virginia that we need to hire armed security". They never did and customers and theives continue to walk all over the spineless gutless management. The store is so cluttered and junky I don't know how you would ever shop there. Their entire AC system is falling apart but they won't fix it because the store is in a low income area as opposed to their Virginia Beach location where if the AC was broken they would have it fixed right away for THAT clientele. Terrible experience all around.
