All staff require sales training, customer service, managing their foul language in store and needs to stop isolating cultures by their language used referring to customers. Kendall, Kaitlyn, and UZ (Stephen- area manager) really should revisit CFA to see how to speak to customers so their store will have repeat buying clients. Watch out for the fake/imitation goods they sell too.....
