I had an amazing experience with this collision center from start to finish. They were honestly more helpful and responsive than my actual insurance company throughout the entire process. My car looks absolutely amazing now. You would never know it had damage. They worked hard to get my backordered parts in as quickly as possible so I could get my car back sooner, and they kept me updated the whole time. Even after I picked my car up, I called with a follow-up question about my auto stop/start system. I had scraped a concrete wall with the right front bumper of my car and took it to Tri-County for an estimate. They were very thorough and told me my options and gave me a quote to replace my front bumper and fog light pieces. Could have opted to get painted but because not metal it never would have looked like it did before I scraped it. They called Toyota to see about the replacement parts and also advised I could need an additional small part but they wouldn't know until they took the bumper off. Advised it would take 3 days. I did need the clamp to help support the bumper but it was only $35 and the car was done a day early. I recommend this business to anyone looking for body work on their car. My initial visit to Tri County Collision was a pleasant and informative one, All the team members were very courteous, listened to my concerns, and eager to help. Roxanne, especially, was extremely efficient in printing out a detailed,(more than fair), estimate and flexible in scheduling the earliest appointment possible, being considerate of MY schedule. Although I had to return for a second visit ( due to a defective part which needed to be re-ordered), I was glad they were honest, took pride in their work, and wanted the job done right. I can't say enough about Tri-County Collision. We had debris hit our car on the highway. The side of the car was streaked with black marks, our side mirror shattered, and a tire was destroyed. Our insurance agent recommended Tri-County so we took the car there. They arranged for Enterprise to bring a car to us at the body shop. They told us approximately when the car would be ready, unless they found damage not apparent. They repaired the body, got a new mirror and tire, had the car aligned, repainted the pinstripe. We were kept informed, and when we got the car back, it was so clean, we couldn't tell which tire was the new one. Every part of the car was pristine. Tri County Collision recently repaired my Honda CRV after a front end collision. They did a fabulous job and were great to work with. I found them through my insurance company and couldn't be happier with the service they provided. I was contacted by them immediately to set up a day to bring my car in, the shop was concerned with my safety in driving the car, offered to bring me home after dropping it off, did the necessary repairs quickly, handled everything with my insurance and even picked us up and gave us a ride to the shop to pick up the car when it was done. My daughter has an accident and we had the car towed to a neighboring garage. When they saw the damage the recommended TriCounty. WOW! JUST WOW! you could never tell that anything was damaged after I got it back, the man I dealt with was Armando, who was very nice, greeted me with a smile, and answered all my questions. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for any accidents or other bodywork that you may need. They even detail your car after its done! but.......... they either missed or forgot to clean out all the cup holders of my vehicle. and dressing my tires was half and half!! I would rate the detailing dept, with 3 stars. but because that was not the reason my car went there, it's ok. I had an accident right before leaving for my vacation. Due to my accident, I could not get into the jammed back door, meaning I lost the ability to pack the car. Justin said he would do a temporary repair so I could open the door and leave safely for my vacation. The full repair was pre-scheduled. My wife was hit while she was stopped at a light. This caused damage to the rear bumper and it needed to be replaced. We selected Tri County Collision because they are a certified Subaru collision center. Justin, at Tri County, walked us through the entire process. Unfortunately i had to visit Tri County Collision for the 2nd time this year. My car isnt even a year old and was hit twice while it was parked. My first visit was by referral of insurance company and i was thrilled with the wonderful job they did. So the second time, there was no question where i was going.
