Terrible experience. Wouldn't let me charge my car for 20 minutes so I could get home safely to my children. Car ran out on the side of the road in freezing weather in the snow and tow came 9 hours later. Only ford vehicles allowed to use their charger. Will never purchase or recommend their dealership to anyone I ever speak to. Not the best idea for generating leads and sales, Paul. They allowed others to use the charger weeks ago by the way.

Placed my appointment online and showed up 15 minutes early. Pulled up and pulled right in. The whole store was spotless and very clean, The restrooms were very clean and nice. A very nice waiting area with tables and chairs and some softer over by the TV with plenty of room. The staff was very friendly and asked if I need anything which customer service was great. They never question why a Chevy owner would be doing at a Ford dealership lol. Well to answer that is that Nick at Knox Ford sold it to me and told me to take it to Tri-County. I can't say anything bad about Tri county Ford the only bad thing was the drive, 71 and Gene Snyder are both messed up. Thank you for the service, I will be using you from now on. Oh and.....BTW...... That is a sweet looking Shelby GT on the floor

Things to know before you buy: The sale was made initially because the warranty for the used vehicle included the drive train as long as we own the car and get service done at Tri County. We didn't find out that the warranty began 90 days after we owned it, until we were signing the sale papers. We did not find out there was only one key fob until we were taking ownership, and was told the price of the second would be $230. After 2 weeks we offered to pay for half, which was $115, which we did. Dealership did not tell us that Sirius XM came with the car and the dealership never activated it. We'd had it for 2 1/2 months, and Sirius called us to renew. Sirius/XM activated the car radio but they wouldn't give us the free time we'd already missed. Windshield washer didn't work, which we didn't know until we needed to use them. One was actually broken. We had those repaired at our time and expense. It has been 4 month and I just notice that the mirrors are different colors (one white and one black. When we called Tri County to explain these problems, they did said they were sorry, but did not offer any help to repair or compensation.

Wow! Best car experience I've ever had. No games just honest friendly people. Traded a car in, purchased a new car and drove away in less than two hours. Chip and Mike were wonderful to work with. They even noticed a paint blemish i didn't see, scheduled to fix it, and arranged a loaner before i said a word. Perfection and stress free experience.

I little slow for a scheduled appointment. Everyone was nice. The shuttle ends its service at 4pm. You may have to make contingency.

We told Junior we were interested in the vehicle but we would be driving from Saint Louis(4 1/2 hour drive non stop) so we wanted to make sure everything was okay with the vehicle before making the trip. After a few phone calls and text with Junior, he assured us the vehicle was outstanding with NOTHING wrong. We make the trip and took the test drive. 4 things right off the bat are wrong. #1: The check engine light is on. We drove the vehicle to a nearby Auto Zone and had them run the free engine light check on it. Came up as (P0021) which has something to do with the crank shaft. Maybe it was just a bad sensor? Maybe it was worse?.. I don't know. #2: As we were getting the test done at Auto Zone we all noticed a loud buzzing noise from the engine, we pop the hood and the Auto Zone worker said it was probably a belt or pulley making the noise. #3: The passenger air bag light was beeping on the dash. Why was it beeping? I don't know... #4: The DVD player screen did not work, the sound worked great but the screen would not turn on. We return from the test drive and tell Junior the things we found wrong. Junior said the check engine light was not on the day before and neither was the Passenger Air Bag Warning Light... he was just dumbfounded at how they both magically appeared this day. As for the loud buzzing noise coming from the engine that the Auto Zone guy said sounded like a belt or pulley... Junior said it was "supposed" to sound like that and everything was fine! As for the DVD player, Junior did not know about that either and it was a complete surprise to him that it did not work. Junior didn't really know what to do about all the things I had pointed out, all he could say was "make me an offer"... Really?!.. make you an offer? We drove down there with virtually a blank check written to us by our bank and were really excited about driving this vehicle home. We feel totally disrespected and are in total disbelief that someone would treat us like that. We specifically asked multiple questions to ensure everything was okay with the vehicle before we made the trip and we were obviously lied to repeatedly. I find it EXTREMELLY hard to believe that he was totally unaware of all four of these things before we got there. If I could have given this business Zero stars I would have, please don't make the same mistake I did and avoid this place at all costs.

I worked with Brad Miller and he was really helpful and knew a lot about the vehicle. They were flexible and helpful at all turns and allowed us to take the vehicle to our mechanic. Sold me a 1986 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 for $8,000 July 1st of 2022. Told me there was nothing wrong…read morewith it, but after it was shipped here an AS IS sticker was placed on the car, the car was running rough and needed a tune-up. When I texted the son, I told him that the car needed a tune up. The owner offered $500 or a refund of the vehicle but I would have to pay to ship it back and lose the money I spent shipping it here (so I would be out, like $2,500). I took the $500 thinking the car just needed the tune up. I took it to my mechanic, and he said it was rotten in the rear end and was filled with foam and painted black above the crossmember (which was swiss cheese from the rust). The car needed front links and boots, rear shock mounts (they were rotten) and the brakes were done by them in a way that if you braked hard the brake line could fail. I went back to the son and said "Hey this is WAY worse than what I was told when I bought the car. I need like 2,000 to repair the car." The dealership owner said he already sent $500, and he wouldn't send more than $300 more because the car was sold AS IS, and the car is worth 15,000 fixed up (It is NOT; It was worth the $8,000 I paid). The son pitched in another $300 of his own money and I took it because I had no choice. It cost $2,080 to repair the rear end by my mechanic (welded in steel plates after grinding out the foam, rust, and he fabricated a crossmember plus labor) and spring mounts, and front links/boot and a couple other things. Just recently I took it to the same mechanic and had to pay $4,500 to have the firewall and floor pan patched and fabricated because the car was leaking into the interior through the firewall from the outside windshield wiper grille/tray. I knew this repair was coming up a year ago and waited to write my review when I had the money to have the job done and get the bill. The car still is not perfect, but they are minor things. I wouldn't EVER recommend Schurr Auto to anybody!

I am immensely glad I made that call, though! I came for a test drive the same day I made the call and immediately knew I would be making a purchase. A combination of the way conversation/interaction with Ori went, really liking the car, and appreciating the good deal made me confident in my purchase. Within 36 hours, I had everything set up and taken care of mostly thanks to Ori, who worked to get me financed through a Credit Union so that I could get the best possible deal. A couple of days after I drove my car home, I ended up having an issue with my car not starting, but I talked to Ori about it and he and his mechanic helped fix the issue within a few hours, even driving out to my place of work to troubleshoot the cause of the problem. A weak battery was presumed at fault and they took care of replacing it for me. Both of my parents (who helped me with transportation and co-signing) and I agreed this was the best possible way to experience a used-car purchase, or a car purchase at all. I'm incredibly glad I found this place and team. This has been an incredibly joyful experience for me and when I ever need a car again, I plan to come back here if it's reasonable in comparison to where I live. I wouldn't mind driving a few hours to get here for another car, their service is that good.

I said No so the gentleman said "well I can help you. I knew what I wanted to test drive so I explained to this salesperson and he retrieved the vehicle from its place on the lot. He didn't tell me he had to jump start it........ I test drove the vehicle and they evaluated my trade in. During the test drive I asked the salesperson what route people usually take. He told me he was new to the area and didn't know the streets. (You would have thought that was part of the training!) After the test drive I was told how much my trade was valued so I agreed and completed the paperwork for the purchase. After completing the paperwork I was waiting for the car to be brought up to the area where I could drive off. However........the car wouldn't start. The battery was dead. So the salesperson told me I could pick up the car the following day - they would replace the battery. He explained that service would have it ready when they opened at 10:00am. I arrive at 10:00 to complete the sale and pick up the car............I have my vehicles titled in my revocable trust. So the person in the business office asked me if my Wife was with me? I told her No it wasn't necessary. She then told me it was necessary. Another person in the office actually looked at my "Certificate of trust" to see that I am a Trustee and either Trustee can sign! (Again, you would think people in the business office would be trained!) Then I was told the car wasn't ready............they requested I go get a late breakfast! They admitted to not knowing the car needed service. Needless to say I could not understand how a Customer buying a Major Asset would be treated this way! I left before I said something unpleasant. While having my "late breakfast" I received a text telling me they ordered a battery and were waiting on it to be delivered! They would contact me after the Service Dept installed the battery. Needless to say I did not buy the car. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER ! I left and went to Bachman Hyundai in Jeffersonville and purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe.
