My contact lens slid down a drain with no cover and I had to drive back to Buffalo, NY the next morning. I am "blind" without these specialized lenses and would not have been able to drive very well. Plus, they were extremely expensive! Plumbing Techs was very sympathetic when I called first thing the next morning and sent a tech over within 20 minutes. He was pleasant and professional, and was able to retrieve my contact lenses in about two minutes. I wish Plumbing Techs had a location where I live. I had a water heater replaced by Plumbing Techs and it was top notch from start to finish. The price was fair, the job done well (including upgrading my vent and gas line to current requirements), they were respectful, cleaned up well and removed the old water heater. They explained the operation of the new heater and explained the coverage provided. Scott and his crew are the best! My sump pump that they put in was working great except it wouldn't shut off after draining the water. The same day I called the tech came out, cleaned out the tub, took my pump outside and washed it off, put it all back together and cleaned up when he left. Great job, quick and right.
