The woman I spoke to was friendly, informative, & got us scheduled right away. The technician called when he was on his way as promised. The job ended up being more than estimated bc he found a second septic tank that none of us knew about, so I was ok with the increase. I can't expect them to know about something that I was unaware of. After he completed the job, I got a phone call explaining everything that was done as well as the findings & later received a report. The customer service & attention to detail was excellent. Not one of those times was it ever brought to my attention that there was water coming out and that I had a leak. I paid a month in advance in full cash $5,220 to have a drain feald installed. It took a month from the time of payment. And took 2 weeks for them to do the job and I've tried to call back multiple times because there were things that were not done correctly. One of the crew members Glenn pointed out there was a leak but slow leak but there was a leak which would slowly fill up my tank faster and would kill my drain field which is probably what led to my drain field going bad it was a simple as just getting a toilet valve replaced which is what the cause was. If it had been brought to my attention by other Woody's employees it could have been taken care of sooner and I wouldn't have paid for three other times the tank needed to be pumped because it would not have filled up. They would come and go start staying an hour or two and then go to other jobs there was no consistency when working my front yard was a complete mess. No one ever came out to explain the job doing a walk-through nothing there was no communication except from the one employee and it was very short but at least it was informative information I was given as far as what not to do with a septic tank but the layout was never explained to me.inspection needed to be done by the health department when the health department came out the excellent from where the tank goes into the drain field the masonry work that was done was done wrong and it failed when I tried to call the office to talk with somebody regarding what had happened I was given to Catherine Barrian when I tried to talk with her letting her know hey I had called a plumber the first plumber told me there was no League however the second plumber found it and fix the issue I was trying to communicate with her because when the guys came back to do the next cement job they needed to know that there is no leak and they could proceed with going forward she was extremely rude to me her demeanor was as if I was bothering her because she didn't want to hear she didn't have time she was the properties organization manager I asked to speak with the owner Rocky that is her husband I was told he was not available. The following day the gentleman Glenn came out he did a very good job I will say doing the cement work he did an excellent job it looked very clean and very professional unlike the previous time the work was done by another individual the first time. I still had some questions Rocky did reach out to me he says there was anything I needed to call I've had to call back a few times the last day which was yesterday they filled up the drain field and they raked and they left a huge mess in the roadway I called there was a exposed pipe I didn't even know what it was the other pipes never got covered and they dug up the water line that wasn't covered back up my husband called and I called and when he spoke with Carrie she said somebody would come out and go over the property today they came out they picked up the roadway and nobody ever came to explain the job I will say Carrie is a very sweet individual she's very kind and very patient she's a great listener and she's informative when I had concerned she stated that she would have them addressed in all fairness after speaking with Carrie most of the time my concerns were met I'm still disappointed for the fact I spent a lot of money and I paid up front I'm a little concerned and I hope that the job holds up they told me this job should last about 17 years and as long as they maintenance it there's a warranty. I have reached out and I hope that somebody will return my call and let me know the on the other thing that I have an issue with is that the trap that one of the employees remove the top off and never put it back on is still uncovered I will say as far as customer service goes there's only a select few people that are performing satisfactory. Granted I've had a few interactions with some of the crew guys but you have to remember they work in the hot sun it's a very strenuous job there's a lot of work that goes in it and I get if you have to wait between jobs for inspections so you should at least let the customer know what's going on and keep them informed you know I have two autistic children and that whole was out there for 2 weeks and I had to hire somebody to help me watch my kids and I wasn't able to do anything out front which is okay but at least call someone and let me know him is Bonner I just wanted to let you know we're almost finished but these are the steps please be patient because we are working to try and get this complete for you number one should always be customer service no matter how good of a company you are if your customer service sucks

DO NOT HAVE YOUR WORK DONE BY ALPHA SEPTIC!!! I recently had to replace my septic system. The…read morecontractor on my Hurricane Irma damage used Alpha Septic. I caught the supervisor diverting the underground electric service to the wall out in front of my property and told him he couldn't "steal" electric from that permitted job as it cost me a small fortune. He said he was doing it anyway because he needed to finish his job that day, and that the contractor, Assist2Build would have to put in a new circuit. The circuit has never worked and is constantly tripping the breaker. The septic pump has an alarm that depends upon the electric circuit, and the pump has never worked anyway, which means my shower backs up after a short shower. How does this happen you wonder since the permitting process is so strict on a new septic system? THE COUNTY CHECKS THE WORK PRIOR TO THE DRAINFIELD BEING COVERED, BUT DO NOT CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE SYSTEM FUNCTIONS PROPERLY OR THAT THE PUMP WORKS. Alpha Septic does not stand behind their shoddy work and can't be trusted on your property (if they are going to divert electric service from another source). Also, they chopped down branches from a gorgeous arching oak and a worker had stolen the staghorn fern off the branch, but returned it when I began furiously digging in the pile of dirt under where the branch used to be. The arching oak tree wasn't in their work area and didn't need to be bothered at all. They could have put their temporary piles of dirt just about anywhere else, but they thought nothing of destroying my landscaping. Piles of gravel were left along the area in the grass that were dug up from the old system. The site was left lumpy and full of roots and litter. It took me several months to get it cleaned up. This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. How could this possibly happen? It was the contractor paying the tab, and they knew it, because I would have withheld payment until the damage that could have been mitigated was ... but nothing will bring back my beautiful tree. Also, there was a huge, wide, and deep pit left right in front of my shed such that I can't get my lawnmower into the shed or use my shed since the pit is too difficult for this disabled senior to navigate.
