Jeremiah Harwood arrived on time today to provide and install a replacement toilet. He had the correct toilet for the installation after an a previous installation visit last week by another tech was not good as the other tech tried to convince us we needed a special order toilet to replace the 12 inch rough in that was currently in use. A call to Chuck the supervisor, who was very professional, indicated no special order was needed. He said that All Pro had the correct 12 inch toilet in stock and could schedule the installation at our convenience. We set up 12/31/25 for the change out and Jeremiah was excellent. He kept us informed with every step, explained what material he was using to seal the toilet to the floor, took the old toilet away and completely and thoroughly cleaned up the area after the installation was complete. No one wants to wake up to a phone call from the HoA stating that your plumbing is leaking into your neighbors condo. I nearly fainted when l got the message. I was lucky it was a small leak, and it was easy to find (my stupid toilet). I can't take credit for finding this company, they were recommended by my HoA (definitely gave me a red flag feeling at first). They were booked for the day, but kept me posted. They had a call 10 minutes up the road, so they squeezed me in (lucky me)! The HoA let the plumber in while I was out, and I met him at the condo around the time he just started. I am terrible with names! I think the tech's name was Eric. Very friendly and helpful. He got the job done quickly and even brought in my package that was delivered early! He fixed the leak and re calked the toilet in place. It took him about 20 minutes to do everything. I got lucky that the damage was small and didn't need extensive care for my neighbor! (If you ever read this Jeff, I'm sorry! I bet you were as startled as I was)! The bill was less then I expected, but still a bit pricy. I'm not sure why they do not have more reviews! I had an awesome experience with All Pro Pluming. My shower valve broke right before leaving on a trip. I called their answering service at 930p and was able to speak to a live person. I explained the Situation and they had no problem scheduling a date for repair when I returned. Bull was the plumber they sent out. The job became more involved than originally expected. But they stuck by the price that they quoted me...that is never heard of!!! Due to my work schedule it is hard to be home in the middle of work days. Bull was very understanding and put me as his last appointment of the day. The plumbing job worked they replumbed our house and it was done quickly and we had very minor problems with some silt that had gotten up in the line I had to replace a few valves in the showers. But what ticked us off was the painters came in to do painting and we don't know drywall and all that other stuff but as the painter came in they said the drywall work was sloppy. What they showed me was that the squares that they had cut out to redo the plumbing in the house when they were coming in to do the drywall work they did not line up the squares and now we have to have the painters respect all the walls and retexture them because there's a slight elevation difference between the square they cut out and the existing wall. So now when the painters come into paint there's actually a shadow box on the wall where they cut the square. There was a chipped tile in our new bathroom we had noticed it when we moved the trash can in the corner they must have moved the trash can to cover it up I barely noticed it but my wife pointed it out to me when I saw it I realized that somebody had dropped their tool and shipped the tile. The job was done and correctly the plumbing works but it's the cosmetics that's the pain in the butt. There's a difference in the wall textures now not just with the squares but when they came in to do the hopper they did it in a different direction when they applied the material. And another thing that really annoyed me was the fact that they didn't put down tarps everywhere they were supposed to put plastic down. There was only one area at the base of the steps where they put down some plastic and nowhere else. So there's splatter on all the baseboards and other areas where we have to go back in and clean up after them. It's a problem with attention to detail. I don't know if this is normal for a replumb of a house but I definitely would have put a lot more effort into making sure the customer got a 100% for me. It's a lot of work to clean up after them including the straws that they were chewing on and then just threw down on the pavement outside the driveway among other things. read more

This company is reliable, on time and ready and available when ever you need service. They can do all related to plumbing you don't need to shop around, their prices are right in middle not low and not high. They do good work the first time and the best part is you always get to talk with a human person don't need to leave messages. When it comes to service I'm a very demanding property manager I need it done now and done right! Therefor All Pro plumbing is the perfect fit for me. They don't charge additional fee for weekends nor after hours service. I'm happy with them for now and hopefully for a very longe time. I called All-Pro Plumbing for a broken toilet and shower. The receptionist was friendly and quickly dispatched a technician who arrived earlier than expected. The plumber, John Brown, was extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. He quickly figured out what was wrong, quoted me a price, and then went to work. After a short amount of time, he completed the job and ended up charging less than the estimate since the job had been less complicated that it initially seemed. I made an appointment for the following day, 1-3 pm. At 3:01, I called the office to see what was going on as no one had called or shown up. I was told it would be more like 4-5. At 4:50, I called again, before the office closed. Still no plumber or call from them to keep me informed. At 5:02, the office called back to say a different plumber, the after hours plumber, would be here in 30 minutes. Less than a minute later, the plumber called to say he would arrive in an hour, at the earliest, as he was still finishing a job and then coming from Maitland to Azalea Park in rush hour. He said he didn't know why they said 1/2 hour, and he was just the middleman, and I should let the office know of my frustrations. I attempted to call the office but the phones went to voicemail right on time at 5:00 pm. I took the whole day off to wait at home for the plumber!! What a waste of my time and money. I called him back and cancelled. This is a horrible way to run a business. They didn't keep me informed and showed zero respect for my time. No apologies either. read more
