I brought the machine back and told them that I had to add fluids to their machine, in a way as matter of fact. Well that's when it got weird. They told me and I quote, if you don't like it, never come back. My goodness, I hope you go out of business, you have no right to be in the customer service business acting like that. Good bye!​​

Like they are doing you a favor to even talk to you. I called them last August, they didn't have what I needed and they gave me Woodstock Equipment's number. I thought they were affiliated. THEY ARE NOT. Eric answered the phone. He is one the most knowledgeable and friendly people I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. I had some issue with a Kubota mower. He is the only one that could tell me what he thought the problem was. He was right both times. They had the parts I needed in stock. Eric shipped my order out the same day, for a reasonable price both times. I am now a Woodstock Equipment customer thanks to Eric.

Meantime I have to borrow other peoples lawnmowers to get my grass cut which is way too high! A maintenance service should have parts in stock if they intend to be a full time service company. Come on guys! If your love is being a mechanic then be one. Their commercials on TV as a family oriented atmosphere is baloney. I bought it used for $1000 bucks which I was told then it was like new lol. I never got a full mow season out of it. The owner wouldn't refund my money after they attempted to fix it twice. I wasn't in the outdoor power equipment business so I had no use for it if it didn't work. I am local too, so this was a real disappointment. I finally bought a brand new craftsman, and it has been wonderful. Oh and they never even sharpened the blades I was told they would do. This place was just awful.
