The clerk said she couldn't give me a time for the delivery, but deliveries usually arrive between 11-1. The following day a drive to Winchester to kill time while waiting on the call. About 3 I call them only to find out that the girl I spoke to the previous day was not working. I was told that the order had not been placed and there was no explanation. Not sure if this is typical for the business, but beware that this is a possibility. Incompetence or laziness I'm not sure, but either way it's not how a business should be run.

They do not return calls, or when you can someone, they try to have nonsensical arguements with you about why they are not doing their job. They said last Spring that it would take 4 (four!) weeks to do a minor warranty repair. I told them that I needed the equipment and could not wait that long. After having Home Depot intervene at the end of the Summer, they stated that they would put the work at the top of the list. How long have they had the equipment? Four weeks and counting! And they did additional work that they now claim did not need to be done, and without getting our authorization to do the work, want to charge us for it. And they would not deliver unless we would agree to pay. Avoid Maxx Powersport at all costs!!!!

Always have a small conversation & is always up beat and happy ! Today I walked in after I had placed an order online and got notified it was ready for pick up. I went in and unfortunately it wasn't set up but I wasn't upset about it because he told me he'll have it ready for me in no time. Like they are doing you a favor to even talk to you. I called them last August, they didn't have what I needed and they gave me Woodstock Equipment's number. I thought they were affiliated. THEY ARE NOT. Eric answered the phone. He is one the most knowledgeable and friendly people I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. I had some issue with a Kubota mower. He is the only one that could tell me what he thought the problem was. He was right both times. They had the parts I needed in stock. Eric shipped my order out the same day, for a reasonable price both times. I am now a Woodstock Equipment customer thanks to Eric.

A week later, they call and tell us you need this part (the part we told them a week ago). Another we goes by and they tell us they found another problem. Now another week goes by to order a part. Meantime I have to borrow other peoples lawnmowers to get my grass cut which is way too high! A maintenance service should have parts in stock if they intend to be a full time service company. Come on guys! If your love is being a mechanic then be one. Their commercials on TV as a family oriented atmosphere is baloney. Also, it's hard these days to find a good company that could get things done right the first time.

Drs are all great... the receptionist are all very rude and should just find jobs where they don't…read morehave to work with people. They always interrupt mid sentence while on the phone and in person they are too busy carrying on personal conversations to pay much attention to a patient parent at the window. Also turning in after visit paperwork with personal information on it in a pile on the counter is a breach in privacy. Will not be doing that.
