I wanted to get estimates on removing a tree near my front door. So I reached out to about five…read morevendors. One quickly responded that I was outside of their service area. Others never responded or said they would go by and offer and estimate. One nursery I visited sent an estimator who ignored related landscaping requests and only gave an estimate on tree removal and cleanup ($1,300). They never provided the additional estimates requested and made excuses. Garcia's sent someone out within a couple of days of making contact. They said the removal cost would be $700, but offered a discount because it was early in the season ($550). I accepted the offer. I didn't hear back about scheduling the removal for a couple of weeks (they said because of rain delays they said). Soon after, the work was completed. No mess or scraps were left behind and they didn't even ask for payment until checking on my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Very professional and responsive.

I had Two other contractors come out to look at the issue; one could remove the roots but couldn't do the brick work, the second could do the brick work but couldn't remove the roots. Iron Will came out and told me to rest assure that they could do both of the tasks (which saved me hiring two separate contractors). He came right on time and finished the job in less time than I could have imagined. My uneven torn-up patio is reset and even once more. It looks new! Fair honest work at a respectable rate. I wanted to find a company who is relatively local (i.e., support my community). The first company I called, a very reputable one (who shall remain nameless), called me back and told me that due to just how dead the tree was, they would not take the job. Too much liability they said. I was surprised because I was thinking "Don't MOST tree removals involve trees that are pretty dead?". I asked this company what I should do now, and they said just to keep calling people until someone said yes. So, my next step was to go to Yelp. Thank goodness for Yelp! On 22 October, I get on Yelp and happened upon Hedy's review of All American - which was written just the day before! I called All American and Maggie answered the phone. She told me she believed All American can do the job and told me that Matt and Mike will come by my house to look at the tree within a day. Sure enough, Matt and Mike showed up in less than 24 hours. They figured out what needed to be done and gave me a reasonable quote on the spot. Two days later, Matt, Mike and two more guys showed up with a massive crane, a big truck and chainsaws. Like surgeons, the crew removed the tree piece by piece. What was impressive was not only the big machines, trucks and chainsaws, but also their attention to how to do the job safely and intelligently. Two days later, Tony came in to grind up the stump. I don't foresee having any tree issues in the near future (well ... I hope not). But if I did I'd just go straight to All American Lawn and Tree Service - a very experienced, competent, hard-working crew who also happen to provide great customer service (i.e., the little things like answering the phone, answering my nit-picky questions, etc.). I had asked them to take down half of one tree (with 2 large trunks), but they advised to just trim several of the branches from one side to make sure we kept the tree alive, which made perfect sense. They were referred to me and were able to give me a fair price and got the work done in the same day. I had called several companies and All American was the clear choice. Mike and Matt are top notch and do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. They even came back to take down one more tree limb that I forgot to point out to them. They really saved me as I was in a time crunch as I needed to have DirecTV install a new dish.

They came every two weeks to cut the grass but today will be there last day. While cutting her grass something flew and hit the glass on the front door and it shattered. She let them know and they came and looked. He explained his brother deal with glass work and windows and would he will repair it for free and he told her she wouldn't have to pay for the grass being cut this time due to the damaged. Once the door was repaired she noticed how the sliding part was hard to move around and let him know of that issue and he stated he will oil it for her then he asked for a payment for the grass being cut and she repeated what he told her about how the grass cut will be free. He replied back and said I just said that cause I was coming back to fix the glass. They talked back and forth about it and in a rude manner he told her she can find someone else to fix the door and the grass and left. My grandmother is a 85 year old women who lives on her own and I feel like they tried to get over on her for the damage they made...I will not recommend them to no one and will be letter others in the neighborhood who use them know of this behavior!

This landscaping company said the the leave gathering is an additional charge so I declined. We negotiated to $60 every two weeks but I don't feel the work always reflects that. But they're loyal and consistent.

Their prices I would say are better than average for the area, so I'm happy with them on that as well and I am now trying to get their help on two things but this is their busy season.

Two of the trees were roots were emerging from the ground and in my eyes leaning, towering over my home as if any day, I would find the tree in my home. NOT!! The fall was a disaster, black walnut and leaves everywhere, but what was the most scary was it damaged one could cause damage to my neighbor's home. NOT !! So after a brief consultation two days prior, the crew in " HERO" mode. The work IS done extremely professionally and the clean up too. I never realized the labor I cutting down trees, especially huge ones, the cutting it up and carrying it to the truck. The work is not for the weak .... it takes alot of strength; strong arms and most important, you MUST know what you are doing. Just seeing them pulling down a tree with a rope tree, what can I say... never think the cost of tree removals are too much, because it is more than a saw involved.
