It was not easy for him either and we had some delays, but none of them were his fault. He stayed on the issue, communicated frequently and clearly, and ultimately fixed the problem. I hope I don't need their services for a larger issue but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Jeffrey and Middlesex for a large job. This is a third generation family business. I believe Jeff's Dad and grandfather would be proud of the way he runs the shop.

I didn't feel like laying on the cold ground and at my age it was time to let a garage do the work. I took it to Walts for a oil and filter change $75 for 5qts of fully synthetic oil and filter. When I got home I found over a qt. shy of oil and they never changed the filter. The oil on the dip stick looked like used oil. If you treasure your vehicles and you want them to last I suggest shop around. If you have someone you know family or friend that has some mechanical background. Have them look at the work that was done.

Due to needing to order parts, the process took a month but I received updates from Glenn on the status. When I got the car back, everything looked like new. They also calibrated safety sensors and performed a tire alignment. I think this shop does great work. This was an insurance claim so I will not be paying, but I did receive a copy of the final invoice when I picked up and the charges appear reasonable considering how much work they had to perform.
