Due to a recent fender bender in my own driveway with another of my cars I find I am a cash customer, thus I did some price shopping. Tri-Town came in plus or minus 20 dollars with 3 other shops I visited. I went with Tri-Town because I was warmly received by both owners and felt I was being treated honestly. Having spent most of my life working with the public I think I have become a good judge of character when dealing with people. As it would turn out my assessment turned out to be true, as I stated above - Excellent service, I was treated professionally and honestly . The final price was as we agreed. The work was excellent. I had the front grille and bumper/ fascia replaced. Every thing looks perfect. I have had body work done at several other places over the years, and based on my less than wonderful experiences at several other shops that shall remain nameless at this moment I think I am in a good position to be able to give my strongest recommendation to Tri-Town Collision !

I brought it in for them to check out and before I left it there, they suggested I check for any recalls on my car and any battery issues. I went home, did that and solved the problem pretty quickly. I called and spoke to Glenn who had me bring it in with the appraisal from my insurer. He gave me a good summary of expected damage. Due to needing to order parts, the process took a month but I received updates from Glenn on the status. When I got the car back, everything looked like new. They also calibrated safety sensors and performed a tire alignment. I think this shop does great work. This was an insurance claim so I will not be paying, but I did receive a copy of the final invoice when I picked up and the charges appear reasonable considering how much work they had to perform.

I tried to contact the owner and he ghosted me for three days (Friday thru Monday) and finally said he sold the car to someone else, shortly before opening on Monday.
