Took her to the eye doctor, her primary care, got a second opinion from another doctor and nothing has helped relieve her pain at all. We have taken every suggestion under the sun and nothing has made her feel better. Called this place, no answer, decided to use the text option and got a generic message back saying their first available is 3 weeks out for new clients. I would be totally fine with this, but I feel a 3 week headache is pretty crazy for a young child and instead of offering another referral or helping to make other possible arrangements, they didn't bother to even respond back. What gets me is I chose this place after reading they offer "flexible scheduling" they state they "go the extra mile to cater to your needs" and even go on to say they offer "same day appointments" wouldn't recommend them to anyone based on the inability to even get a reasonable appointment scheduled, how disappointing!

The staff is absolutely wonderful and kind. If you pay for the whole treatment plan up front you get a discount so that is exactly what I did. Of course, anyone would want to save money. Because the initial treatment affected me so adversely they ended up giving me a refund. I have a disc protrusion in my cervical spine that is pressing against my spinal cord. This has caused me great pain and discomfort. I honestly had a lot of hope for this treatment and hoped that it could have worked for me. What they are calling decompression is basically a very expensive motorized traction machine that can be programmed to personally treat an individual. The machine stretches and relaxes again at intervals. I do think that if you have home traction device it would probably work as well as the fancy, expensive, motorized machines being utilized here. I don't want my review to deter anyone from seeking help from Temecula Disc Center. I just wanted to give my honest review in that I don't think this method of treatment is a one size fits all. If you have a serious spinal cord compression, radiculopathy or myelopathy I would encourage you to check with your neurologist before seeking alternative treatments out of desperation like I did.
