My Progressive claims adjuster submitted the claim details late in the afternoon on a Friday to start the repair process the following week, and within 10 minutes I had a call from the offices at Diamond Automotive to try to schedule my appointment to drop off my car. The lady I spoke with was so nice and professional and wanted to help me any way that she could to make me feel at ease during the process. When I arrived at Diamond Automotive, they checked me in and set me up with my representative, Manny who was an absolute delight, shook my hand and made me feel welcome and walked through the damage to my car and next steps along with an estimated time frame. While I was meeting with Manny, the front desk had already been speaking with Enterprise and had someone en route to come pick me up to take me to the rental car lot while I was checking my car in for repairs. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Manny called me back the same day to update me on how my car looked, an estimate of the cost of the damages billed to Progressive and next steps and estimated time line. Diamond Automotive was already ordering parts and getting the wheel in motion to get my car back to me as quick as possible (the hold up was with Progressive being cheap and not wanting to pay all of the cost of damages done to my car by another Progressive driver - but that's nothing against the body shop there). Diamond Automotive went above and beyond to help me and kept me informed every step of the way and got me my car back as soon as possible and the repair work was truly superb. I was in the car and they were still detailing the car to make sure their work was flawless. I hope to never have body work done again, but if I do it will definitely be with Diamond Automotive.

D'Professional Collision Center is a SCAM - Avoid at All Costs!…read more I made the mistake of bringing a car to D'Professional Collision Center after a tiny fender bender--and I regret it entirely. What should have been a simple, inexpensive fix turned into the most outrageous, overpriced scam I have ever experienced. My Story: The damage to the car was minimal--just a small dent on the corner of the trunk door and a slightly misaligned bumper. The trunk still opened and closed perfectly fine, no scraping, just fine and there were no scratches anywhere. This should have been a quick and simple repair that, at most, would have cost $300 at a reasonable shop. But D'Professional Collision? They had the audacity to hand me a bloated estimate filled with completely unnecessary charges: * 8.9 hours of labor to fix a tiny dent? Lies. * 9.4 hours of painting and paint supplies--when there was no paint damage to begin with! * Replacing the car's nameplates--which were completely fine and untouched! At this point, I realized they were straight-up making things up to jack up the price. They prey on people who don't know much about car repairs and expect customers to blindly accept their outrageous estimates. This Place is a Den of Thieves The way they conduct business is criminal. They pad their estimates with bogus fees, overcharge for labor that doesn't need to be done, and shamelessly take advantage of their customers. Everyone involved in running this place should be locked up for what they're doing. It's one thing to charge high prices--it's another to flat-out scam people. If you need repairs, DO NOT COME HERE. Go to a trustworthy, family-owned body shop that won't rob you blind. This place is nothing but a complete rip-off, and I wouldn't trust them to fix a scratch on a toy car. The put it up on the lift, checked it from the suspension to the exhaust, removed wheels to check brakes/rotors, checked A/C, alternator, electrical system, computer diagnostics. They even drove the car. After giving it a clean bill of health, they charged me 1/3 of quotes I was getting from others, who I doubt would be as thorough. Typically, for these quick oil change locations, you wait in your car until they finish. I was asked to sit inside. After about 15 minutes, I was asked to step outside. She showed me my air filter and stated it was dirty and that I needed a new one. She also showed me a cup filled with dirty oil and stated that my engine was dirty and needed to be cleaned. I was quoted an additional price for both. I chose to change my air filter since it was evidently dirty and I understood that after needing an oil change, the oil comes out dirty regardless. I kindly declined. A day later, my car begins to smoke under the hood and I begin to smell electrical smoke inside of my car. I have it a couple of days, assuming that they had spilled some oil and it was burning off. After a week, my car continued to smoke and I continued to breathe in the combustible fumes inside of my car. I called the company and asked to have it checked out. I bring my car in and the same woman advises me that they're not at fault for the smoke and references a leak that I've had for a while because of the old oil that is visible. I advised her I already had a hose replaced a year ago and it took a week to repair. Instead of trying to solve the issue, she continued to avoid taking the blame for it and let me know that it could be fixed at their location in a few hours, for $1200! She also mentioned I could still drive it but would have to stop by their location once a month to check the oil levels. She also mentioned that it had nothing to do with the oil change because it was an exhaust issue. So now, instead of getting my oil changed and carrying on with my life until the next one, I have to figure out what damage they could have possibly done when I was sitting inside and didn't get to watch what they were doing to my car. Not to mention, when I stepped out to look at the air filter, I noticed a few things had been moved around under my hood. Extremely disappointed in their service and lack of ownership for the issue they caused. Not only do I have to continue to investigate what took place but I have to drive around with smoke coming out of my hood and through the AC vents, when I never had this issue until after I saw them.
