No other handyman bothered to respond except Bernie as the repair had to be done from under the house via the crawlspace. Bernie came and gave a detailed estimate and also went under the house into the crawlspace and took pictures and measurements. We scheduled the job and Bernie came exactly on time and made the repair with no complaining about the fact that working in a crawlspace is pretty hard to do and makes the job much more difficult. As a result of this we will now begin to schedule more work with Bernie for flooring as well as painting. We found out after my contractor complained that the tile was discontinued but the manufacturer sent different tile anyway and Triangle never checked. Ryan the Triangle representative gave my contractor the song and dance. My contractor lost money because he had to reschedule workers that were paid and started work before we discovered the discrepency. From what I understand my contractor is still fighting with them over this. Be aware if you deal with Triangle. Beware of the song and dance.

After a first visit, Domenico sent an estimate over very quickly. Once that was agreed, we set a date for the job, and he and is crew were here every day for a week and a half until completion. There were some issues with rot that they found after demolition of the old bathroom, and that they were able to fix that day. The new vent fan wasn't working well after installation, I let Domenico know and he had it taken care of immediately. I would definitely hire him again. See pics of the work -- everything in the bathroom, except for the paint on the ceiling, was updated and replaced.

He showed up the same day, got his guys out there three days later. The quality of the installation cannot be overstated. Guys who truly care about the quality of their workmanship. They screwed down my subfloor so it doesn't squeak and they were able to avoid using transition. I have a masonry fireplace and was resigned to having it undercut, but the installers went out of their way to manage it so they didn't have to. My only regret is that I didn't tip his guys MORE. THIS IS THE TEAM YOU WANT TO DO YOUR FLOORS. Prices are great too. But let me tell you, after MONTHS of dealing with other contractors- they'd be worth it at a much higher price.
