I have replaced the liner in my in ground pool through this company and they installed it and there happened to be a manufacturing flaw (not B&G's error). They did all of the negotiating with the manufacturer and performed the removal and reinstallation with the utmost professionalism addressing details that surfaced along the way to be sure that any structural maintenance was addressed while the liner was absent. These people make going to the store to get your regular supplies something to look forward to rather than just an extra chore. Every employee that I've had contact with is knowledgeable and able to explain the product lines and how and why your chemicals work (if you want to know.)

We still hired him because he was very confident he was worth the extra money!! Biggest mistake we made. The company I found lets you put down partial payment and then pay upon completion of delivery. When I explained that I wanted some time to consider my options the salesman became belligerent and insulting. The impression I got was that he wanted to take my money and then be done with us-- I had no confidence that he would follow through with making sure all went smoothly with delivery or installation.
