Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. One of ony a few Medical Dispensaries that carry PAX cartridges. I have gotten more than a couple of defective PAX and other brand vape cartridges in my time and I just figured 'Oh, well', but I was told to save my receipt and should I have any issues just bring it back for an exchange, before knowing my previous issues with cartridges. Sure ehough, one of my PAX cartridges failed while still mostly full (wouldn't draw) and I went back and was cheerfully given an exchange for a new one. Just a fine experience. read more

Visiting from NJ and staying in Cape Cod, I was excited to try a local, recreational dispensary. "Local," because Wareham is a 40 minute drive from the cape, but no matter! We chose to put on Waze and sally forth! Unlike Washington, Colorado and California, the experience was very different. Unlike Dispos' in those states, which I found to be carnival for the senses; a free for all of products and point of purchase merchandise, this was a very controlled experience. Security was super tight and access was carefully restricted. Some of this is due to Covid, some is simply due to the need for security and the manner in which they do business. I got my meds... Great spot and not in a location that you would expect. Very regimented process to get in and get your goods, but in a very efficient and fast manner. Some days of the week the max limit changes I assume on what quantities of items they have left. Items are a bit pricey if you ask me but I guess that is expected. I bought a cbd patch and cbd/thc salve for my busted up leg. So far I can't even tell if it's doing anything and for $70 it's a punch. But oh well you live and learn! The staff at this dispensary is what makes it worth the trip from Mashpee; oh, and the variety. There is a place I could frequent, about 3miles from my home, right in Mashpee. The drive to Wareham is worth it; the professionalism and knowledge the staff has to offer is refreshing and the options of flower, topicals, edibles, and a small shelf of 'tools' for using Cannabis is... well, it's the largest selection within a reasonable drive. I recommend the Verilife in Wareham as a safe, knowledgeable location with a nice size selection on hand to anyone asking. (Why not 5 , you ask? Forget what I said about allowing out of state patients to park here. I pulled up the other day and gave them my details and they told me medmass patients only. To be fair, the one guy sounded like he felt bad- but the other guy in charge said no. -1 Star. I ordered online the night before and was able to pickup my order 1-2-3. Verilife is working very hard & trying to be accommodating. The SHUTTLE is no longer! The town now allows recreational customers to park across the street in the public lot, and there is a policeman stationed to stop traffic for easy crossing. Medical customers & peeps w handicapped placards can park behind the building. I'm sure it still gets busy, but I choose my visit times & have had excellent service. The prices are appropriate & they DO TAKE DEBIT cards now so it's just like visiting any other store. If the exit were a little more handicap-friendly, I'd give them 5 stars. First time going to this place today. Nobody outside at the outside little line. I went up to the door where it says ring for assistance. Guy told me in the most sarcastic voice "next time go wait by the sign that says stop". Now keep in mind that there are no employees or customers outside and it is 30 degrees out. Extremely frustrated as a medical patient. Verilife used to be a great dispensary, but ever since they started selling recreationally, they prioritize recreational over medical. Whenever I go they have 4 registers open for recreational and only 1 open for medical. Not to mention that tonight when I went they didn't let me in because apparently they close at 6 for medical patients, but stay open until 7 for recreational. If the employees are still there, why can't they just serve the medical patients as well? I thought medical patients were supposed to be priority? So Billy can go in and get some bud for his frat party tonight but I can't go in to pick up my medication to treat my illness? Makes no sense. Verilife needs to realize that unlike recreational patients, medical patients have options when it comes to which dispensary to go to. I chose Verilife because it is in the town I live in. When you walk up, people are outside asking for your ID to plug into a computer (didn't even ask why). They give you a "menu" for the day. Then you wait in line outside until they let you inside. Once inside, someone else scans your ID and then you wait until they let you inside the actual room where you purchase things. Once inside there you line up against a wall and wait until you are called to place your order. The three things we tried to order, they said they were already sold out of. Total wait time was about 45 min before we were in front of the register. A food truck outside was giving out free tacos from 11-5. Not sure if this is everyday or what. We didn't get any, because we had just ate so not sure about the quality of the tacos. Staff was very friendly and informative though. I asked cashier if I should get 2 receipts and was told It would be ok. The pax girl was very unforgiving and had no consideration for how long I was waiting In Line because of no communication. Great place just do not but the disposable vape pens!!! I've gotten their special of 3 pens for 150. I understand why they're always on sale now. They die very quickly before you're able to smoke all 3 that's for sure. So I was cautious and bought only one thinking it won't die before Im done with it, but it did die and less than halfway through. When this happens I take off the cap and poor it into a jar and dab it. However the convenience of being able to vape is lost. It's EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!
